I ordered some hemp seed hearts on recommendation from a friend. These are a great source of protein and me and the whole family have been adding them to a variety of dishes - salads, eggs, cereal! A mild nutty flavour and great texture. Excellent ordering experience and quick delivery! Would recommend.

I am loving my Hemp hearts. It is so versatile, but I love it made into a quick porridge by adding a little bit of cream and milk or Greek style yogurt and milk. I sometimes add peanut butter and cocoa powder or frozen blueberries…so many options.
