I am absolutely disgusted in their many responses. They won't send me a return address and so called forms. All four items are poor quality and definitely not the colors portrayed in the photos the cut on the items are terrible especially a dress it's nothing like the photo. I was made to believe the products were from USA as I paid american $ and it sounds like hemp and it's definitely not the cotton as stated... It's foul synthetic crap!

I should have done my research on this company unfortunately the photos on the site showed cute cloths and I fell for it. Ordered three tops that took about a month to get them. When they came they looked nothing like the photos on web site and even though I followed the directions for sizing they came like two sizes to small! The worst was one of the tops I got was a white top that had black marks on it. When I looked at it closer it was damp in the package. The black marks were mold. Not only was it moldy it had a weird yellow stain. I’ve been trying to contact them and been getting the run around. First they offered me a $10.00 refund, then a $25.00. That ruined top was $30. The whole order was crap! I saw their ad on Facebook. Facebook should be responsible and ban their ads. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not order! Product is bad quality. Fabrics are unbreathable. Sweat suits make you sweat! I am fighting with them to return items. I will be reaching out to Paypal to report the scam. They sell under a few names on Facebook and Instagram. Buyer Beware!!!! The reviews are all fake.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. This place is awful! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ordered 3 items and it took ONE MONTH to receive them. (I had no idea they were coming from China) 3 weeks in, I asked them to just cancel the order because it was taking so long, and they said "no can do". When I finally received the items, the quality was CRAP and the sizing was ridiculous. Ordered 3 size Small and one was huge and 2 were way too small. Asked to do a return and they said that they don't do returns for size, just damage. WHAT???? An online clothing company that doesn't return or exchange for size???!!!!!! There was no return policy anywhere that I noticed while ordering so...BUYER BEWARE. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and putting in a complaint with my credit card company. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Never would have happened.

SCAM - they show photos of actual designer clothes (the Ganni leopard dress) but what you get is a nasty polyester rag. Reviews are fake and use stolen Insta photos. They use several different ‘shopfronts’. Luckily I paid by PayPal and got my money back but just DON’T!!

Eagerly awaiting 3 x tops that I had ordered from this company that took approx 8 weeks to get to me.
When they arrived they were nothing like the pictures on the website (style or fabric). Crap Garbage as described in some of the other reviews SO i then attempted to get a full refund as these tops weren't cheap (paid approx $45 Australian $$$) per item and after several emails i am still yet to receive any response. Don't bother with this company, an absolute scam.......

Just received my order after hounding them since 07/08.
Absolute cheap garbage.

UPDATE: Fully refunded. Had to pay my own return post but that was a fraction of what I was out of pocket.
At least they did the right thing in the end.

I should have read these reviews earlier so I could have save me money and time . It is true that their dresses isn't worth the money. I ordered 2 dresses and only received one. Emailed them several times, but never got a reply and refund. Dress looks cheap!

Terrible. Still waiting on an order. Tracking number not valid...usps says they have not received this order even though my email from Hemphil says it shipped. Stay away from this and other sites that show the same clothes. Buyer beware.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! You cannot return ANYTHING. Fabric is the worst.

I bought two articles both of which are advertised as “cotton blend” fabric. No tags in garments as to fabric composition but I am positive they are completely polyester. Garments look nothing like website photos and are not worth the great “ sale” price that is advertised. STAY AWAY!!

I bought 5 dresses. They took about 1 month to arrive. Really not great quality, I can live with two of them (just about) but want to return the other 3 as they really don't fit well and the quality is not great. (seam runs across the middle of my chest area) ..... They do not really reflect the images shown on the web site. Hemphil are refusing to allow me to return them and will not offer me a refund!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE!

Bought 2 items same size,1 fits but one is way too big and does not resemble the photo at all! Tried to contact Hemphil only to find my emails cannot be delivered!!

Scam site. You will not get your money back

Another Fly by night trendy online company Trying to be like SHEIN using fake product photos and fake reviews. The website has only been around 2 months but claims to have all these loyal customers who have made all these purchases in only a few months?!? SKIP IT!!!!
