I have used Hemphash now for over 2 years.
I suffer from a really bad back problems due to an accident at work. I have used lots of different products from them and every single one has been brilliant. From the hemp tea to the hash it's always been fantastic quality, reasonably priced and delivery times are second to none. If you order before 1 pm it's usually always sent the same day. The customer service is always brilliant too. Always on hand to offer expert advice on their products and what would be best suited for you. Honestly I can't praise them highly enough. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

"Customer Service" Ha ha ha
"Customer Service" is a soul destroying ordeal:
emails not answered or responded to and the company seem to be controlled by AI.
I made the mistake of using one of my other emails to make an order and the company set up another account; I quickly realised my mistake and whatever I did could not get it rectified and have the new order put on my normal account; emails were ignored on this simple request and I suspect they are unable to alter what the machine does. They use lots of fine words as publicity slogans but it does not match reality you don't appear to be dealing with real people. As a regular customer I am very disappointed at how I've been treated.

In relation to your account, using a different email address when placing an order results in a separate account being created automatically. We understand that this was frustrating when you were trying to keep your new order under your usual account, but this is a matter of how our account system works rather than something being controlled by AI.
We're really sorry that this situation left you feeling disappointed and, as a regular customer, we appreciate your continued support.
