They didn’t deliver what they promised…

They didn’t deliver what they promised to deliver. Not only that they caused me a lot pain, they don’t know what they are doing. They always try to upsell and get your money, but they have a huge information and logic gap. They cost me so much money and on top of that they wanted big money

Worst Property Management Ever

My experience with this company has been beyond terrible. I will probably end up losing my rental property because I worked with this company. They found and placed a nightmare tenant, then it was hands off and my problem.

In the nightmare tenant's first week, he put in maintenance request to have me install a chandelier in the kitchen, and hire someone to put his TV on the wall. This is a $950 a month studio. The staff at Hemlane thought this was a terrific idea, and asked me when I was going to get going on these requests. But before the tenant moved in, when the toilet wouldn't flush, and I asked Hemlane to find a plumber, the answer was "we don't do that." Okay. As of now, the tenant has not paid rent.

The first property manager Hemlane referred me to went awol with my keys for a whole week. No responses to texts, calls or emails. Later said she had a "personal problem." I should have run at this point.

Their service is shockingly expensive. Seventy five dollars a month for some software that is really difficult to use. No active management or help with anything.... just access to some lousy software.
