Rip off

Oh dear, I’ve been caught.

Cheapest quality, drop-shipped rubbish.
Poor rubber, poor nasty buckle.

The tool i paid £16 for was also the poorest quality worth a few pence.

Pick this up on Ali Express for a tenth of the cost.

Never delivered. Poor communication

Horrendous company. No shipping information provided until requested. Courier has bugs on their website so cannot be contacted. Goods not delivered. Complete waste of money. Frustrated I did not search for reviews beforehand, as this experience aligns with many others

Chinese company with a Swiss address

Buy from this company if you wish. But please be aware you will not get your money back if anything goes wrong.
AI responds to Customer Support emails and no way of talking to anyone. They sent me the wrong strap but no way they would issue refund. You are better off buying from eBay or amazon where you are protected.

They claim to be from Luzern

They claim to be from Luzern!
I honestly think that there are fair quality products coming from China, but I do not appreciate to be misleaded.
The purchase was on the 29 of December, this is wtitten on the 13th of January and I still did not get the item I handsomly paid for.
If I bought from Temu I would have pais 10% of the price and would have received it much faster.
Chinese for Chinese, I would go for a patriotic one next time.

I purchased a replacement rubber strap for my Omega Planet Ocean. It came on time, and was as advertised. It is a very high quality strap. I would have no qualms about ordering straps in the future from your company.

The worst experience I have ever had…

The worst experience I have ever had with any company. They provided me with a strap that they claimed on their web site would fit my watch and when I received it the fit was not right. They did not take responsibility and asked me to ship the watch band back at my expense which was almost as much as the band itself. They then promised to send me the correct size watch band which I never received. They kept saying they would check the shippers tracking and I never received a proper response to the tracking. They then promised to refund my money and claimed they could not do that until it ran through Visa's processing system. It is now going on four months and I have not received my refund or reimbursement for my expenses.

Chinese knockoff

Ordered a curved lug rubber strap for my 41mm Rolex Submariner. Received a strap that did not fit and when I contacted them, some 10 email exchanges later they said its your fault and you have to send the strap back at your cost. Or they can send me a straight lug for free. There is someone called Mia at this company and her job is to deflect as many claims as possible to minimise refunds.
The packaging even said for a Rolex or Omega??!! Clearly knockoff Chinese.
Which Rolex and Omega share the same Lug geometry?? What a joke

Poor Quality, Worse Customer Service

I purchased the 'Leather Strap - For Cartier Roadster' expecting a high-quality band. The first issue was the clasp breaking during professional installation. While Helvetus classified this as 'installation damage,' I was present and watched the watch specialist handle it with care, which immediately raised concerns about the clasp's quality.

The second, more serious issue occurred after I finally had the strap secured. The leather separated from the metal lug connection point during the very first hour of wear. The adhesive failed, and the band would not sit flush.

After sharing photos and the full history, the company still denied a full refund, again claiming the separation was "consistent with installation-related damage," despite the band being secured and then deteriorating rapidly under normal use. They refused to acknowledge that a brand new, high-quality band should not fail within an hour.

I was excited about the prospect of a good band, but having both the clasp and the main leather connection fail in quick succession, coupled with a complete refusal to offer a refund, shows a deep quality and customer service problem. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone.

Bait and switch, do NOT do business.

Girlfriend tried to do something nice for me spent 90 dollars on a watch bracelet springbar removal tool.. bait and switch all day. Took a whole week to get here then as cheap chinese junk. It scratched up a solid gold rolex because the tool was not precision made.. you had to grip it very specifically to get it to work.. this is a 12 dollar chinese knockoff of a nice tool.. they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope she can get her money back. Just AWFUL. We did not even get what was pictured.

Tried to order a rubber strap for my…

Tried to order a rubber strap for my Rolex
Deepsea and received an email saying that particular one was out of stock. After many backwards and forwards chats and inaccurate descriptions of what was available I decided to cancel the order and order a more expensive Rubber B strap.

I was assured the refund would be done within 7-10 working days and it was not.
I used a credit card for the order and more than one month later it still hasn’t been refunded even tho they say it has been via email. My credit card has now refunded the £84 and said they would chase up the missing money directly from helvetus.
It’s been a headache all round and even now they are sending me emails asking how I like my new strap, which was never sent and cancelled once they said it wasn’t it stock.

I’d take notice of the reviews on here and stay away from these guys.

Don't order, very unprofessional

Please don't order from this company!
I ordered a strap on 16th October 2025 for just short of £70. From 1st November I sent numerous emails asking when I would receive my order, firstly I was sent a tracking link which was no help, then to be told on 18th November (34 days later), that there must have been an issue at customs so they would reorder and it would be with me within 7 days.
I still had not received the order by 30th November so I requested a refund. I got an email back saying the refund had been processed. I did not expect a refund immediately but now as 7th January I have not received my refund. Helvetus response is that they have released the refund on their side so it is with the payment provider now.
This is very bad conduct. I placed the order with Helvetus so it should surely be them, who takes responsibility to refund.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Poor quality of not cheap strap - id have been annoyed at paying £10, let alone £50+. Strap fell apart at the sides after less than 2 weeks use. Even more shocking is the non existant customer service - rude and insulting - claiming that this is normal!! Do your self a favour and buy elsewere.

Avoid - worst customer service ever

Time and again I make the same mistake ... omit to read reviews on Trustpilot before ordering from a new company. Serves me right as I have to pay the price.

As others have noted here, their products come directly from China although they appear to be a Swiss-based company. I don't have an issue with their straps being made in China - in fact I was satisfied with the strap I ordered ... BUT when it came to return a removal/ installation tool my God, I have never come a more frustrating, unprofessional, misleading and cheeky customer service in my life.

They insistently denied having shipped the wrong removal/ installation strap tool with the below outrageous lame excuse that I copy verbatim:

"The strap removal / installation tool was included and delivered with your order. The tool you received is a functional strap removal tool suitable for your Tag Heuer Formula 1 and fulfills its intended purpose. While its appearance differs from the illustrative images shown on the website, this does not constitute a missing item, an incorrect delivery, or a defective product.
Product images and descriptions on the website are representative. Depending on compatibility, availability, and model requirements, an equivalent tool may be supplied. The tool provided is compatible, usable, and complete, and therefore the item has been delivered as part of your order.

PLEASE READ AGAIN: "Product images and descriptions on the website are representative" !!!

Their Head of Support actually had the nerve to write this to me! Swiss (or other) logic? So they put a picture of an item on their website without any disclaimer and then they will ship to you whatever they like and charge you for a cheap plastic item an arm and a leg (based on the photo of the misleading item they will show on their website).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

At the time of writing this review they have still not responded back to my query for returning them back the item and refunding me.

Scam

Super bad customer service, this is a scam. They claim I- as the customer -bear the risk of a package not recieved.

Claims the post office never makes a mistake. Refuses to assist.

Basically they are drop shippers

Basically they are drop shippers. You order with them, they put in your order on other/cheaper websites (mostly owned in Asia, China) like AliExpress and ship you the strap. However, the return is to Switzerland where the buyer pays tons for shipping. Wonder how they are still operating being as a drop shipper. Having a registered room in an apartment in Switzerland does not make it "swiss made".. Do not fool people with the swiss address and ship items from China

Don’t do it!

I get the appeal when you see a $100 Swiss made rubber strap for your Rolex. These things are not Swiss made. They are made in China. It’s a $10 Chinese made watch strap. This was a complete waste of $100. Their return policy is a trap. You’ll spend a third of your cost shipping to Switzerland. The best part is they basically tell you the item will not get through customs. They have no intention of giving you anything back. The only choice here is steer clear and cough up 250 bucks for a reputable high-quality band for that expensive watch of yours.

To slow delivery

In their webpage they said express delivery. I have order it 2 weeks before Christmas as present and its still didnt arrived.

This product come directly from China, so its overpriced. You can find it by yourself on Chinas web pages for much lower price.

Avoid them if you can.
