I have never heard of this company let alone downloaded the app but they tried to access my bank account in the UK to take money out of it, luck enough my bank noticed it and stopped it but i have had to freeze my account and have to wait to get a new card causing me problems and worry as cannot use my account at the moment.

Wish I'd read the reviews first! Paid my £1 only to be told Google maps not working and I was 'waiting'. Have cancelled this immediately- if I get charged anymore I will go to the police.

Assume this is a scam
Like others, I was told that the service had identified the exact location of a phone and that I could reveal it by signing up. Once I had done this, the location showed as waiting. Even the map has a ‘for developmental purposes’ watermark on it and doesn’t work.
This is either a scam, or one of the worst services I’ve encountered.

Helpmobi tell you they have located the phone, ask for payment and then come up a blank. when I called they said ' we don't locate lost phones' despite the fact they said it was located. Will never use again.

This is a SUBSCRIPTION TRAP!
I paid what I thought was a £1 fee for a one-off service to locate a lost phone. Firstly they could not locate it, so it was useless.
Secondly, I discovered on my bank statement that they have set up a recurring payment of £24.90 under the name Servmobi.
I emailed them and received a standard reply, which they most likely send to everyone refusing to refund the money they charged without my knowledge.
AVOID! See here their reply to my request for a refund:
Dear customer,
Thank you for contacting our customer service.
We can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled as requested and no further charges apply.
When tracking the requested phone number on our website, you have also subscribed to our premium access. This offer includes a 72 hours trial period for 1.00£. After this period as shown and mentioned on our website our premium service is automatically charged as a monthly subscription for 24.90£. This subscription is automatically renewed at
the end of your 3-day trial period.
Our offer was clearly stated throughout your journey on our website, our monthly subscription fee was explained in detail in our terms and bconditions which you agreed to. Thereafter we regret to inform you

they will charge you 24.90 without notice and then they tell you it's nonrefundable!!! HORRID!!
if you fall into their scam just ask your bank or credit card provider to dispute the charge. I've asked my CC provider to check them up on Trustpilot and see that everyone is writing the same thing, so they disputed the charge for me and blocked them forever from my account.
I hope no one will anymore fall into their scam, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

this company says it costs 1£ to track a phone what they do is set up a subscription to your card so it is near impossible to cancel ive got one set of money now they have taken another 42£ from my credit card im writing this review in hopes no one else is scammed

Scam company fraudulently used the details that I had put in for car parking.
I did not require this service nor did I ask for this service. I was paying for car parking and lately realised that £29.00 was being taken out monthly, I only realised what it was once I read that somebody else also went through the same thing. Surely this is fraudulent and illegal!!!

I didn’t sign up to HelpMobi
I didn’t sign up to HelpMobi. I was trying to pay a car parking charge via RingGo and I was immediately transferred to HelpMobi who said the charge was £1. I now understand that once I paid I had apparently signed up to HelpMobi and they would charge me £24 monthly. It has to be a scam.

I was trying to register to pay for car…
I was trying to register to pay for car parking by downloading Ringgo. Somehow I was diverted to helpmobi. I paid a pound thinking I was paying the parking fee. I had no idea I was on a phone tracking site. According to other reviews on this site if I had not contacted my bank further payments would have been taken. This company is misleading people into paying them money and a number of people trying to pay for parking are being deceived.
