Last episode: cleaner canceled less than 18h before the appointment, outside your business hours . Platform just deleted my booking ( no other cleaner option , no support, nothing and deleted my discount). Chatbot reply was “no event matches..”
What help did I get? ZERO! did I get a cleaning? NO

I applied for services to them because I didn't have enough time to clean the house on my own. It was my first experience of asking for household cleaning and I believe it will be the last one.
Well, I just suppose that price isn't justified at all. Of course, I can't complain about services quality, the house is clean today, they are real professionals in their field, nevertheless the price is something that I wish would be lower. Maybe I am not aware of the average market price, but it seems that it's lower.

It was an awful experience. We were assigned "new" cleaner without any experience in the app. The cleaner also had 0 experience in cleaning. After 3 hours of cleaning everything become even worse( Windows become dirtier, floor also. We were very disappointed and my pregnant wife was crying - first time called for cleaners and such a bad experience.

Used them in the past: the service was decent and fees reasonable. Support was also available when needed.
Now it is much worse. I booked a cleaning early this week. Instead of receiving confirmation that appointment is accepted by cleaner, I get bombarded by emails from Helping insisting that I select another cleaner. I understand that Helping can't influence when cleaner accepts, but why send those emails when I clearly specified during the booking that I am not interested in other options?
A day before the cleaning, since cleaner hasn't accepted yet, I decided that I'd rather do something else, which is when I discovered that there is no button on website to cancel the cleaning: apparently, one has to wait for cleaner to accept and always be ready in case they do so last second. The only alternative is to select another cleaner, which I was not interested before and even less now.
I tried using Chat to get support, but you just talk to dumb bot and there is no obvious way to contact human. Eventually I discovered that downvoting bot reply (red face icon) allows one to write a message to support. I could not find an option to use live chat support or any phone number. I did write a message asking my cleaning to be cancelled. Instead, I got an email that it will be rescheduled 7 days from originally planned date. Seriously? Who said that I would even be available at that time? Basically, if you don't check your email, they'll book you an appointment, which you'll probably miss and they'll charge you anyway. No acknowledgement of my message either, so I guess this was just an automatic system.
Today is the originally planned cleaning day. I entered my account and saw that there is no cleaning entry in the overview. Did they actually cancel it? Last email says it was rescheduled. Wrote them another message to confirm that random cleaner won't be knocking my apartment when I'll be abroad next week and that I won't get charged for missed appointment. At this point, I was at least glad that the appointment was gone.
Unfortunately, a few minutes after I checked the website and saw no appointments, I got an SMS that some other cleaner has accepted my cleaning request. Which cleaning request? There was nothing on the overview page. I never wanted another cleaner. This is just horrible! I logged in again and of course there is an appointment now... but at least now there is a button to cancel it. I clicked it and got email confirmation that it was cancelled. Still, re-scheduling to a random day in the future and then not showing an this new appointment on the website is absolutely unacceptable.
Update from 10 days later: still no replies to the second support message that I have sent. The only apology that I got is on Trustpilot. I really hope that this was just a one-time glitch and may try again in the future, but for now, if you book an appointment, you basically sign up for a "your selected cleaner may or may not come, but you cannot cancel it and have to wait even if cleaning won't take place; if they don't bother to reply, we'll reschedule it to a random date in the future with a random cleaner and will charge you for a missed appointment unless you regularly check your email and visit our buggy website to cancel the new appointment".

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. We booked a cleaner for 2.5 hours. She arrived at 9.20, left at 11.30 and didn't actually do a proper clean. She cleaned both toilets in the apartment, the kitchen floor, and that was it for €32 per hour! She did not make the bed, nor dust the tables, or even clean the bathroom mirror. There was dust everywhere!!! When we took this up with Helpling, it was her word against ours and a refusal to refund the money we had paid. She lied about when she arrived, what she did, and she was the most unprofessional cleaner we've ever had to deal with. We will NEVER use the services of this company again.
