Still to receive my payment after two Cleans. I supposed to have received my payments as stated on the App. I can see the money but they are charging me extra fee for payout, after deducting their commission. It's ridiculous.

Dear Akere Viviane, twice a month the payment provider sends you your customer's payments - this happens automatically and is of course free of charge! Alternatively you have the option to create your own payout which however costs a fee.

The cleaners work as self-employed service providers and therefore define their prices on their own, based on the local market situation. During the booking you decide on your own, how much you want to pay for the service. Last but not least, with a booking on our platform you don't have to take care about the further costs (like taxes or insurances) as this is already included.
