My cleaner stole from my house, ate food in my house, went through the cupboards in my house, used my electrical appliances to cook food, did not clean the house yet still charged me, did not bring her own cleaning supplies, had diarrhea in the bathroom, admitted giving a third party access to my house and then simply left the house with this random person in my house, left the house prone to attack by leaving the key open to the public and damaged my house (dents in walls and damaging the tiles). I have spent the last 72 hours emailing and calling Helpling to have the matter resolved yet receive no feedback at all!!! Helping have been absolutely disgraceful. Trust them at your own risk. They have shifted their operations offshore - unfortunately some of these people do not understand English very well making it very difficult to correspond. A complete and utter nightmare.

I get piece of mind that my bathrooms will be clean...at least until my three teenagers get stuck into them! It's great that I can change cleaners or day of cleaning to suit my schedule. Mostly good experience with the cleaners.

The cleaner (Rose) did a great job cleaning a big house that had not been properly cleaned for some time.

I have been using Helping for my weekly cleans as well as for my air BnB accomodation. The cleaners always arrive on time and the the platform is great because you can send messages to the cleaners before hand and change the time if need be.

Great customer service. They reply fast and being helpful.
They provide a set of options for cleaners and it is easy to find someone for the job if you look with a little time. The first time we tried with 48h before we didnt get anyone to accept the job. But they were keeping us updated all the time with follow ups and letting us know how to retry if wanted.
With a week in advance there were plenty of options and it was super fast. I could get inmediately in touch with the cleaner, review their profile and explain all that we needed.
I found the app easy to understand and a big saving time from finding someone and interviewing. It reasures having reviews for the cleaners to know who you are letting in your house and the quality they provide
