The small guy is just as important

I recently used Helpdesk heroes for some IT support and I have to say, they really impressed me. One thing that stood out was how they treated my small business with the same level of importance as their larger clients. It's not something you see often in the tech support world, and it definitely made me feel valued as a customer. They were knowledgeable and quick to respond to my inquiries, which made the whole process pretty painless. If you're looking for some IT help, I'd recommend giving these guys a try.

I love their pay-as-you-go option

HelpDesk Heroes is a great resource for small businesses such as mine. They are always on the go and always responsive.

I love how they have a pay-as-you-go option that is completely customizable. I also love that they are always evolving and growing with me.

I am so happy that I was able to find a quality helpdesk that is reliable, service-oriented, and affordable!

What is the most important thing from a client perspective when one needs professional help from experts in IT?
Definitely the friendliness and helpfulness of people doing it, which is definitely something you can count on when you hire Helpdesk Heroes to help you with IT, just like they did for me and my company.

Just incredible!

HDH is my absolute go-to and I always recommend them to friends. They have very high attention to detail and double-check everything to make sure I am happy :) The response time is fast and there's always someone available - just incredible. HDH team always help me with the backend of the website and are always on call and ready to help if something goes wrong. They make sure to deliver ASAP and I am able to continue my processes smoothly!

The team at HDH is always quick

The team at HDH is always quick, kind and helpful with everything I've asked for...
As I'm based in Madrid it's very helpful that the HDH team is international and I'm able to speak with Nelson in Spanish who always patiently assists me through the bespoke platform that I use for my presentations. I really feel very supported with all those technical issues.. Very well recommended!

New update on HDH service

What was supposed to be an hour’s setup time for a new MacBook laptop turned out to last for more than 4 hours and yet still without any result. I was told by HDH to watch YouTube clips to get a password change or contact Apple Technical Support direct myself to get the matter resolved. It begs the question of why I need HDH if I ended up doing a DIY job!?

Response to HDH’s reply:

The user profile on Apple laptop was set up by HDH using the company’s Apple business account facility. Apple has NO involvement except to provide a brand new computer only and the user was definitely NOT told to liaise with Apple prior to the onboarding set up by HDH. The user had no contact with Apple until HDH told the user, during the onboarding session, that HDH had no idea what was happening and asked the user to contact Apple Technical Support to get the password sorted out. So what has been stated in HDH’s reply is untrue. Putting the blame on Apple is simply a desperate and pathetic move on the part of HDH.

Further update (21 September 2022):

I understand that HDH has now taken pains to liaise with Apple and we have learnt that Apple sent a machine with the wrong configuration, for which HDH had to reinstall the factory settings. Filip and Joanne at HDH are particularly helpful and attentive throughout this period and managed to regained my trust for HDH, for which I am very grateful.

Thank you for taking the time to write an online review about an internal process that is usually dealt with within the company that you are joining in two weeks, not actually HDH.

Apple sent the laptop out to you directly and you communicated with them before our scheduled onboarding meeting with you. Our engineer was helping you reset the password and at no point were you expected to do anything by yourself.

We are very sorry for your experience with Apple, as you know neither your DIY attempts nor our behind the scenes efforts worked due to Apple having sent a laptop that wasn't set up correctly. Upon your arrival from your vacation, we will be sending you a laptop that is set up by us and on the upside, you will receive a faster machine than the one sent to you originally.

We've had a problem with our wifi…

We've had a problem with our wifi working reliably on all floors. The guys from HDH came to investigate, suggested a couple of carefully placed repeaters and recommended Ubiquity. Once we agreed, they came next day and set them up in no time. I really didn't think it would be so easy! Awesome. Wifi is still working everywhere btw.

These guys helped with my compromised…

These guys helped with my compromised website, then they fixed my laptop that had virus, upgraded the memory, swapped hard drive to ssd, reinstalled windows 10, reset all my passwords and installed a password manager. All in one day and it's covid-19! No words!
