Utterly Worthless. Incredible waste of time.

I signed up for xbox game pass ultimate thru my microsoft account ( already a convoluted process) only to have to install an EA app that does...?????? ABSOFRIKENLUTELY NOTHING. Ive been trying to download my first game for over 4 hours and still havent been able to manage even that. The process for sign up, sign in, download and play are separate, convoluted, have seemingly poor coordination and in the end, I still really cant figure out if I need to sign into microsoft, xbox, or ea to get a single game for my 14$ a month. I guess I'll be finding a new service and cancelling this.
Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and do literally anything but use these combined cluster **** of an app conglomeration.

The worst experience!
They doesn't help at all and I don't feel like they are reading my messages. I have been in contact with several people and they keep suggesting the same things I have to do over and over.
Very bad customer service!
My problem isn't fixed and I am still trying to get help. I can't start my game and they apparently can't help or won't help. So just a waste of money on my game..

I lost my whole fifa 22 team

I lost my whole fifa 22 team randomly and I tried to get ea for help. I went to their website and the only help I could get was from an email. They sent an email that needed me to reply and give a security code. When I sent the security code, the email I sent back couldn’t be received because their inbox was full. Absolutely no help at all.

Playing 800+ games, 60 drafts wins out of 90, mulitiple Elitedivision rewards and rank 1 rewards from WL, the EA employee still believes that I was lying and that my acc having nothing was right. Support system won't do anything

As bad of a reputation as these guys have I wanted to give them a fair shot, but their customer support team doesn't even try to pretend to help. If something goes wrong and you need to use their support team expect short and generic answers that either don't address the issue or tell you that isn't their job. I have been stiffed in the past by many companies, but never has it been so blatant and disrespectful as it has been with EA.

EA "help" is dreadful

EA "help" is dreadful. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to help me. Let's be honest, even if I did get ahold of someone they wouldn't have / couldn't have helped. I really don't know why it even exists. Worthless, absolutely pathetic excuse for customer. If anyone is thinking of going to them for help, please don't waste your time. Whatever EA messed up, you're going to have to deal with it. They are worthless.

I’ve been trying to get back into an old account. I gave them the information they requested. They then told me that the email address that I gave them wasn’t correct. Yes it is correct as at one point I was able to log onto that account and that’s how I knew what email address it was that I had used to register the account. Liars! You won’t get one more cent from me. And before they say that it has been hacked it hasn’t. As it clearly shows the last time I logged on.

EA removed over 3 million coins from my…

EA removed over 3 million coins from my account, saying that I had been involved in coin distribution. I have never received or sent any coins. I earned them all playing the game. Tried to tell advisor this but they just said there's nothing they can do and kept ending the chat. In the end he said a specialist could look at it and get back to me in 25 working days Worst! The next fifa will be out by then. I have no choice but to give in and accept I will lose a year of progress. I have played fifa every year since fifa 16. Never again. Not one more minute of anything made by ea and not one more penny given to this horrible immoral, vile, disgusting company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have never resolved any of my issues. Alwaya rude, never know what they are talking about. They obviously don't have anyone checking their work because they would get fired from any other job.

Do not seem to read my e mails properly and resolve problems. Seem to make assumptions regarding the problem I'm having. Despite double figure e mails get the a similar response from a different 'advisor' everytime.

Digusting support

Were not able to help me at all. At the end they didn't even reply back. They promised to send me code to FIFA 21 nextgen version. Cause nextgen didn't work on my PS5 for some reason and they knew about this problem with other users. I had to photograph like 10 photos so they would know I really have the game. When I send that they sad that one photo is incorrect. I checked it and didn't find any photo wrong, so I asked them which photo is wrong what should I change. They told me they can't say. So I was supposted to guess? It was just fake tactic from them, so they didnt had to gave me the code. On support one of them even agree that it is like this after long chat. Horrible company, I bought several FIFA, but will never buy anything from them ever again.

I got IP-Banned on Origin

I got IP-Banned on Origin, they never even explained why. I am not sharing my account, I'm not even playing online games or using mods in singleplayer ones. I only play casual games like Peggle, Plants VS Zombies, The Sims. No f**king clue why i got IP-Banned. When contacting support, the only thing they told me is "We're sorry but we can't solve your problem". They are treating my mysterious ban like a bug/glitch in the launcher and pretending it doesn't exist...

EA Sports have removed 590,000 FUT coins from my account for ‘illegal coin trading’. My older brother spent his hard earned money on this game and decided he doesnt want to play it anymore, so he kindly offered to give me his coins, around 350,000. I already had 240,000 which i’d been building for around 5-6 weeks. Then I logged in on 30th January to see they’d all been removed and that I had been branded an illegal coin trader. Absolutely disgusting, myself and my brother have spent a lot of actual money on this game to accumulate those coins and they have just been removed like that. I havent gained any money off this game. I contacted EA Help who are just the most useless people in the world. I was told my case would be escalated to terms and services team (who only deal via e-mail by the way🤯) and that my response waiting time would be a maximum of 14 days, 18 days later still no response so I ring EA help again to see if I can get this escalated as its becoming a joke now its been well over 14 days and I got told 14 days is an estimate and it can take longer, it seems like the advisors just make stuff up as they go. Not hopeful that I am going to get a response and I’d advise anyone to avoid spending money on EA sports anymore they do not care about customer satisfaction all they care about it how much money they can make. If any advisors/employees see this as I know staff like to check their own trustpilot reviews, if any of you feel like actually doing your job my case reference is #74296190
