I ordered some portable phone chargers as my wedding favours for the men
It was so easy to design and the company actually rang me up to say that there would be possibly a delay in getting so many batteries I needed 70+ and even had a solution if it wasn’t in the timeframe that I needed them for which I thought was very professional and they had a really lovely Customer Service lady
The batteries actually arrived in very good time and were great quality and the design was perfect which they actually did tweak with my permission all around. I will be buying from them again, especially as I’m in Event Manager. This is Key to find someone who actually can do a great job.!

The customer service was perfect, communicating very fast with me for any change and advising me on how to proceed. The delivery was made very fast, I totally recommend to work with them, especially if you have to prepare many gadgets and goodies for events/workshops.

Pissed but I would give them another shot
Overall I like my magazine and will purchase again. The process was horrible though. First the AI checker kept saying my file wasn’t a pdf so I kept having to reload. That lead to them using the wrong file, which caused a delay. Then once we got that figured out and a manual review was done, they mixed up the pages, and that caused another delay.
Now we are finally ready to print. I told them I was a a deadline and needed it for a huge event. They ensured me that I would have it in time, expedited it and all, then their printer broke, which caused another delay.
Ended up not having it for my event, so they called and gave me a 30% discount. I was pissed, but I did like the end product. There were 2 mistakes that I found, but overall I would give them another shot.

It came two days earlier than expected and had the lowest cost compared to many other sites! I will use again on the future! Great service overall initially…
Great service overall initially speaking with Gemma who helped ensure the signage for the roller banner was right. I placed the v order and everything went well.
I received the banner and it was great. However the bag it came in, arrived torn and the zip was off. I called in and was told to complete a form and I would receive a response in 24 hours. This never happened. I sent an email to Gemma and she helped to resolve the issue. Great service from Gemma.
I have given this 4 stars (would have been 5), had the company's Qulatity check prior to dispatch been carried out. Packing and item knowing the bag was torn and faulty is not acceptable.
Hopefully this won't happen again.
