I had a phenomenal experience booking the W trek with Hello Patagonia for myself and a friend. I had originally tried to book the trek myself and found it a bit logistically tricky given there were not many campsite availabilities. Hello Patagonia handling all of the little itinerary details made me far more comfortable leading up to the trip. Our email itinerary was very thorough and Isabel was very helpful in answering our questions during the pre-hike briefing. Leslie was very responsive both before and during the trek– I had to end my hike a day early due to illness and she was super quick to help me arrange transportation out of the park within an hour or two. Overall I had a wonderful time on this trip and can’t recommend Hello Patagonia enough. Everyone I interacted with was highly hospitable and professional. I would not hesitate to book again with them.

we recently completed the Patagonia O Trek, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The landscapes were breathtaking, from towering glaciers and pristine lakes to rugged mountain peaks and lush forests. Every day brought a new adventure, and we was in awe of the natural beauty of Torres del Paine.
A huge thank you to Hello Patagonia for their exceptional organization and support throughout the trip. From the seamless logistics to the knowledgeable and friendly guides, everything was handled flawlessly. The accommodations and meals exceeded my expectations, providing much-needed comfort after long days of hiking.
I highly recommend this trek to anyone who loves the outdoors and wants to challenge themselves while being surrounded by some of the most stunning landscapes on the planet. And if you’re considering it, definitely book with Hellopatagonia—their professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference.

Staff were amazing! Everything was just as described, or even better. We traveled with our kids, so we trusted these folks to keep us safe and having fun. They did not disappoint!

My trip was Beautifly orchestrated. Super nice and polite people. I felt supported in every doubt and they are 100% responsive. Super nice and healthy lunch! and even treats and beer as a nice touch. I even had a birthday gift ❤️. They are flexible and charming. The best company I had ever booked a trip with.
