I have to say, I was initially skeptical. I have other toys, so how different could these be? I bought the berri and was so surprised from the get go. First of all, the packaging is delightful, shipping was quick and all the information was clear. The customer service is also spectacular, and yeah, the actual berri? Stunning. Could easily double as decor. I am so happy and satisfied with the whole experience:)

It was an easy shopping and purchasing process. Pleasing website design, professional (not creepy or sleazy at all) and written in an honest and friendly tone.
The product arrived in less than a week along with an email link to suggestions for using the product. All around a really pleasant experience.
Oh - the lemon has not disappointed!

I am a Catholic school girl, raised to believe that anything related to sex outside of marriage is taboo. I’m married now but those teachings never left, until I decided to give Hello Nancy a try. The masterclass helped me understand there is nothing wrong with wanting more in terms of self-satisfaction, and the devices are cute, easy to use and very, very satisfying. I started with the Lem, and I have since bought the Berri, and the Pixie is on its way. Please keep the fun stuff coming!! 😉😉

Not satisfied with either of the products I received. Completely disappointed and frustrated. Would not purchase or recommend again.

Fast and friendly. Easy access to their website thing came fast in the mail and product was extremely extremely useful.

My order arrived quickly in a discreet package. The lem is so small and cute. It's also surprisingly powerful for something so small. I like that it has so many nodes to choose from and that you charge it instead of using batteries.

Product and service both are terrible. They will send you thousands of different marketings message everywhere, all the money spent on marketing but zero investement in product or customer service.

i received a massager which was completely waste, spent weeks of message to customer service and no response from them. Product is zero compare to their marketing claims. All video reviews on marketing seems to be paid influencers.

If you want better value for money product and service, go elsewhere. This company is only good at marketing.

I initially tried the Vipstick from Nancy and have really noticed a pleasant difference in my menopause journey. I love it, and just ordered more. I'm really just starting my relationship with Nancy products and am looking forward to seeing how many different things I can try out.

The intensity of the levels exceeds all expectations!
The box is designed so nicely with the instructions cards that make you feel like you are about to start a board game, and the carry on bag has come super handy for all my travels :)

Shipping was faster than I expected, the packaging is super cute and above and beyond, and the toys work like a DREAM! Lem is definitely not overrated. Overall, I was impressed by the experience and think you absolutely get what you pay for. Lem and avo have become my go-tos every night.

Made a purchase. For some odd reason it was not delivered to my address and was returned to sender! They have the product as Royal mail tracking states "Delivered back to sender" Have requested a refund. Now being ignored!

I’ve had my original Lem since December and absolutely Love it!!!! It has been a game changer for me since I started some medication last summer that prevents me from having and O. With Lem it’s no problem.
Recently my Lem stopped working so I reached out to Customer Service and by the end of the day they informed me that they would be sending a replacement Lem at no charge. Today I received the order notice and tracking info.
I’m so impressed with the product and the service that I just ordered another toy to try.

The product is fabulous. Got a real thrill from using it.

​Full disclosure for anyone else who might be struggling with sensitivity or hitting a plateau: it wasn't quite taking me the finish line. However, when I reached out to the Hello Nancy team to ask for advice, their customer service was absolutely amazing.
​They didn't just give me a canned response, they listened to my situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They even sent me another product ( the Avo) to try and that one did the trick. Now I find pairing the two together is even better. It's rare to find a company that stands behind their 'Satisfaction Guarantee' like this.

And it is 100% fully waterproof, not just water resistant like many other toys. Great in the bath. I've got my eye on Gii Glow next.
