This app will take your money and you get nothing in return

Im really not liking this app I spent 80 bucks on 2 days and didn't win anything not even enough to redeem. Then I tryed talking to a live agent then when it rasa my turn they only said that since there having a high volume of people to talk to then there just gonna end my chat

Less than 2¢ a day

Less than 2¢ a day if you log in every day for a week!! It’s pretty funny that, instead of completely eliminating SC from their daily log in, Hello Milions will generously give out a dime on day 7. I’d recommended checking underneath vending machines for loose change as a faster way to accumulate dimes.

Did not give me any SC

Did not give me any SC with my purchase. Gia from Customer Service told me id be able to play games and purchase SC if I left my restricted state, they accepted payment but they did not give me the SC. She lied to me. Customer service has had terrible response times since and has given me conflicting information about why they accepted my money. Ill be doing a charge back but disappointed that they have gotten so bad recently.

Stay away scam!!!

Honestly, I would give this zero stars if I could choose. Just recently got on the platform. And honestly probably will never recommend it to anybody. This is so sad you put money on it. I got up to $65 and of course I can’t redeem until 75 and that’s what they want you to do and they want you to keep putting money on it and I keep losing. After $65 everything has been dead spinning no winds and of course now I’m at zero dollars so that of course they want me to put more money in it to think that I’m gonna win my first spin. I’m probably gonna win but not $75. This is how they get you don’t play this game. DONT PLAY!!!

Verified account RESTRICTED for first-time $5k withdrawal (TID 3305636)

​I am a high-volume player being treated with absolute bad faith by HelloMillions (B-Two Operations Limited). I attempted to redeem 5,123.04 SC—my first significant withdrawal.
​Per their request, I provided physical card verification for cards. My dashboard explicitly shows these cards as "VERIFIED." However, the exact moment the verification was completed, HelloMillions manually RESTRICTED my account, effectively locking my funds and preventing the withdrawal.
​I spent over an hour in live chat with an agent (Kevin) who refused to provide a reason for the restriction, refused to escalate the matter to a supervisor, and repeatedly used "Privacy and Security" scripts to stall.
​This is a textbook "unjustifiable delay" in violation of MGA Player Protection Regulations (Directive 2 of 2018). It is predatory behavior to accept thousands in deposits only to lock the front door when a player wins.
​I have filed a formal dispute with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and will be updating this review daily until TID 3305636 is resolved and my funds are released. High rollers: Beware. They love your money, but they hate your winnings.

​Update: HelloMillions replied to this review claiming they "already sent a response." Just to be clear to anyone reading this: their "response" was simply another generic email stating my case (TID 3315679) was "escalated" to an investigations team. They have provided absolutely zero answers, no timeline, and no actual resolution. They are still withholding my legitimate redemption of 5,123.04 SC without cause. Posting a reply here to look good publicly while continuing to stall in private is a terrible way to do business. Process the payout.

So I'm in the middle of trying to get a…

So I'm in the middle of trying to get a redemption from these guys and at first everything went fine when I did my redemption and then 8 hours later they told me my redemption was declined by the service provider or something I don't stand it at all and when I tried to talk to the live chat I guess that's nothing but AI so it was like pulling teeth. I ended up spending $200 of my redemption but I'm praying that they will pay out the next time I try and I'm not going to try until tomorrow cuz Lord knows all I need to do is trigger something. I never would have thought this casino would have screwed around like this!

I enjoy in the beginning where they give you really good deals on sweepstakes packages that come with the gold coins you msome of them are 200% extra in the beginning and then it sort of falls off you know and not that they're doing a bad job at it. It's just that if I would've never gotten them, I would've never noticed that they were gone do you know what I mean?

so I have kind of a weird feeling about them like but it didn't seem like I was getting any lesser gameplay because of the discounted packages. .It's just like"" you start to expect it and then it's like a letdown when the deals stop.

but they have a great selection of slots!

There's probably six or seven different iterations of hello millions online the same software company or the sam. They're not bad. They're probably top 20 for me.. It is their daily bonuses that are really stellar like I logged on today three dollar bonus tomorrow three dollar bonus end of the week seven dollar bonus Hellomillions is pretty cool that way. Everything was good. The first few weeks I loved it. Recommended it to friends never got anything for recommending friends. Never got no money, followed all those steps spun the jackpot wheel and won never got the money for it.. You can't ever get ahold of nobody because they never call you back or answer your phone calls. And you can put a $100 in a game and takes the whole thing. Whether you play 20 cents or not, it don't even hit or give you a chance to win.
