This is my third hello landing apartment in 3 years and each time I've had major trouble getting into my apartment. Now they can't even just send me a code that lasts permanently. I have to try to force this useless stupid application to try to work. The first two times the instructions were so poorly done that I didnt even know what I was expected to do to get into an apt I paid serious money for. I don't even wanna get into the onboarding process. They want everything, but a genetic sample. I hope these people are secure because they've have every piece of personal information I've ever had.

I booked an apartment for a few weeks at the Haysboro unit 203 in Nashville. After 8 days, it became clear that the upstairs unit was a problem: incessant banging on the floor, very loud noises of all sorts. The kind that makes you jump even with earplugs or headphones on. At all times of day and night.
I sent a text to my Landing contact to know if it was one of their unit and if there was anything we could do (like maybe kindly asking management to have neighbors chill). No response. So eventually, I called. No action and no following up despite a promise to do so.
Several days later, sleep deprived and tired of having to constantly leave because of the noise, I followed up on the app. Never got a response either.
As it turns out, the unit above is an airbnb with party (and non party) people coming and going and the sound carries gloriously.
If you’re there to party, you might not care. If you’re there to work, best of luck.
The worst part is that maybe Landing could have helped (they offer a guarantee on their website) and maybe not but at least they could have followed up.
Checking in was also a nightmare (wrong lockbox code and misleading directions in a building with many lockboxes).

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very well lit & we felt very safe. Only issue, when the air conditioning turned on & off, it was kind of noisy. However, we would still stay there again. We unfortunately, for unforseen reasons, had to cut our stay short a day. This was due to something personal, no reflection on the apartment or the area.

As a local Houston businesswoman, an environmental hygienist, and a frequent Airbnb user for both business and pleasure, I do not leave negative reviews lightly. However, my experience with Landing was a level of professional negligence I have never encountered.
I booked this unit specifically for a business weekend because it was pet-friendly. Instead of a professional check-in, I was forced into a broken third-party app process that left me and my pet stranded on the sidewalk at midnight. When I reached out for help, I was told there was a 12-hour response window and was essentially told to find a hotel on my own.
I spent two hours in the middle of the night—exhausted and with my pet—trying to find last-minute accommodations. I walked into my professional conference the next morning on zero sleep.
This isn't a minor 'glitch'; it is a total abandonment of a guest. As someone who works in environmental hygiene, I understand the importance of operational standards and safety. Landing has none. I am demanding a full refund and reimbursement for the hotel costs incurred due to their inability to provide the service I paid for. Airbnb: You are better than this. Landing: Do better or get off the platform."

My mother and I have been offered a settlement agreement of $15,000 by Hello Landing multiple times. Each time, the language in the agreement was deceptive and not straightforward, preventing any fair resolution. I have since contacted Airbnb, as part of the booking was through them, and Airbnb has escalated the issue to their insurance due to serious problems, including health risks from construction dust, theft of jewelry, invasion of privacy, and unlawful entry by construction workers, which was never disclosed in advance. In addition, Hello Landing did not have a proper business license to rent out their properties at the time we booked, which is a serious issue for Airbnb’s insurance, since they cannot insure a host without proper licensing. Therefore, their property was removed from Airbnb. All of these statements can be proven with fines from the Department of Housing in Washington, D.C., which I have in writing.

Very clean apartment, with absolutely everything I needed. Very nice facilities from weight room to fitness room to recreation room. The nice outdoor setting with games n grilling. Storage for bikes. Very friendly staff who checkef on me frquently to offer help in any way I needed. A wonderful place to stay.

Really nice coming home to well appointed apt vs a hotel room while we were moving into our rental home. We moved across the country and had stayed in hotels several nights with 2 adult kids and a cat. The cat even liked it better. It was quiet and had many dining, healthcare, and shopping options. Very quiet. I like it better than rental home. Will use again when buying home next year. Great way to learn the local area. Very personable leasing staff at apartment complex. Landing customer service wonderful as well. I miss it already.

We made our reservations online through Hello Landing. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived that it is a beautifully laid out two bedroom two bath apartment. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, glassware cooking ware and the furnishings were wonderful.Bedding was top quality. I would highly recommend hellolanding.com if you need a furnished apartment. This company is the way to go. The staff here is very friendly and very helpful.

We had an amazing time at The Hendrey!!! It was way better than staying at a hotel. It was an easy check-in and check-out process, great amentities in the apartment and excellent location to the airport.
Only small thing is it takes the shower about 10 minutes to warm up but that is it......

I'm new to the Landing so I'm excited to rent from them. Their concept is brilliant. When I traveled, I'd stay at KOA cabins or Home2Suites. Breaking it down on extended stays, it's much cheaper. This is the way!

Air-conditioning did not work. Customer service was not existent. I was there for multiple days and no one wants reached out to me to provide any assistance. On top of that they offered a $68 refund on what was a $600 stay. Pathetic.

Very disappointed with my Virginia stay. Had to move 3 times, all 3 moves were because of them and yet they charged me for not moving in a timely manner (had to be out by 11am and could not move to new location until 3pm, where do I keep all my stuff between the hours of 11am to 3pm? guess no one cared) When I called the main Landing to complain I was told to submit a ticket for my charges and still nothing was done. Have been with Landing since almost the start of the company and very disappointed with the situation.
