Second time we booked with Hello Island and everything was organised to the point. We could just sit back and relax, transport, ferry tickets, everything was sorted out by them.

In August, I used Hello Islands for a trip to Thailand, covering both Phuket and Phi Phi Islands. We traveled from Cape Town with Singapore Airlines, and from the moment we boarded the plane, everything was seamless. The entire experience was exceptionally well-organized, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free holiday.

From the moment we landed in Thailand, we had our transport ready and waiting for us, which made navigating a foreign country so much easier. There were no hiccups or delays—everything was taken care of, so we could fully relax and enjoy the stunning destinations.

Traveling can often be time-consuming and stressful, especially when you're unsure of what to expect at your destination. However, Hello Island made the entire process so much easier for my wife and me during our trip to Thailand last November. They handled all our accommodation and transfers, allowing us to fully enjoy our island-hopping adventure without worrying about logistics.

We visited six different locations, which could have been complicated to manage on our own. Thankfully, Hello Island provided us with a detailed itinerary, including all necessary documentation, vouchers, and an extensive info pack with recommendations for sights, the best places to eat, and things to do.

Although we weren’t happy with one of the hotels we originally booked (not Hello Island's fault), they went above and beyond to help us. We had initially chosen a hotel without a pool but changed our minds upon arrival. Hello Island quickly stepped in, negotiated a refund, and we received it within just a few days.

I would 100% use Hello Island again for my next trip to Thailand!

Everything was well organised information provided in full and on time.The hotels were 5star thou I had a challenge with my room in Krabi the view was not a choose choice the view was wrong.secondly kept on getting wet on the floor and slippery without knowing were the water was coming from.reported to the hotel they didn’t seem surprised came with towels and wipe as if is normal.

We looked at the options, and started to email them. The feedback was very fast and they assisted us on a option that suited us.

Thank you so much for booking this trip for me. This was my first real solo trip.
Everything ran absolutely smoothly even the delays of Singapore Airline flights all worked out well.
I wanted a beach holiday and that was exactly what I got with so many additional options. I did some sightseeing and even if you are not into sightseeing the trip to Maya Beach on the longboat was amazing and we did some snorkeling on our way back.

The hotels I stayed in was excellent, I loved The Nature Hotel in Patong, Phuket the most
