Boxes really complete, Good customer service.

The box was fabulous with loads of interesting and fresh produce which I would be happy to order again.
There were issues with the delivery time which was considerably outside the fairly lengthy period proposed of between 9am and 3pm. An indication of the actual delivery time would be hugely helpful- to avoid waiting in all day and in my case having to cancel other plans. This is not a criticism of the delivery driver who undoubtably was working incredibly hard - the issue is communication and/or management of expectation. That said when I emailed to ask about the late delivery there was a swift response which was appreciated.

I get the large fruit & veg box fortnightly. The variety is excellent and the quality and freshness is outstanding. The delivery service is great too, they’re always polite, friendly and smiling. I’m never going back to the supermarket after using Hello Groceries 😊

Ordered from these guys and the fruit and veg was really good quality. I also got the Organic Oat Milk, which is from a British company, and it was delicious. Great to be supporting British businesses right now. This has to be one of the best grocery delivery services in London.

Another superb box of fruit and veg. Couple of dodgy tomatoes but the HG team sorted straight away with a discount off the next order

Also ordered meat which was really good quality plus essentials. The delivery was longer than usual but that can't be helped in these times.

A very good selection of seasonal fruit and veg. Prompt,friendly Covid-aware delivery.
At these times, a Godsend.

The fruit and veg is very fresh and lovely, and a lovely selection. But I think the cost is tad expensive for what I got. Thats the only reason I put 3 stars.
The meat pack is lovely.

Recommend getting the large box, veggies and fruit are really fresh and taste so much better than the ones I get at Waitrose. All veggies have lasted super long which is great!

Have had 4 different deliveries with Hello groceries including mixing up between the medium and large boxes with added oat milk and am always very impressed! The variety, quantity and customer service is always much better than anything I would find in the supermarket. have recommended to many people

The produce in the box wasn’t very tasty in general. The grapes came crushed and moldy and I had to throw them straight away. There are better grocery delivery options for London I’m afraid.

Wonderful, quick service. The box was full of delicious goodies.

The bread and cakes are love but the fruit and veg box was very disappointing, all veg and two apples?

I have enjoyed my groceries, maybe wish to have more vegetables than fruit, safe time to go out, I wish they will delivery at time, there was some delay with out knowing, so I need go time and buy some veggie for dinner

The range of products is excellent and the delivery is problem-free! Just want I needed.

My last delivery of Hello Groceries was the best yet! My family are eating so healthily thanks to you. Also the ability to have oat milk delivered is an added bonus!
