Just WOW
Just WOW! I was in a crunch. Travel in less than a month. They made this process so seamless and from the time I started my application to the time I had my passport in hand was 2 weeks. I even had a hiccup with the post office because HelloGov knew more about the process than USPS did. I did pay for expedited but well worth the money. I never leave reviews on anything but I had to for them. Exellent customer service and peace of mind.

Gathering input took time, but it all worked out,
It took me a while to pull together and capture everything required (I'm not that comfortable with some of today's tech stuff), but once I did, it all came together. The steps that would take place once I documented everything was well documented and there was follow up to keep me informed of the progress during each step.

Service fee only, good rep results
Please understand, you are paying a fee for their service to fill out the form only. You still will be charge for the passport fee by State.gov. Their customer service can be iffy or great. I had an issue with the first representative, but my issue couldn't be resolved, but then the second tier stepped in and made it right.
