I appreciate hello fresh for their service. It makes it easier to balance tasks and have good food at home. I was positively surprised about the grocery quality and their system to cool it.

Kcal are not properly, meat or fish portion is to small in comparison to how much potatoes/rice you get.

Everything is delicious, kids are choosing what we should get and it makes them eat it or at least trying.

Very easy to make, kids ages 7 and 10 can make it easly.

If something is wrong you get immediately help, customer service is very good and helpful.

I’ve ordered from them multiple times and always had great experiences. The portion sizes varied quite a bit from meal to meal, but overall I was happy with what I got.

That changed with my most recent purchase. My order was inexplicably dropped off in the middle of Berlin — on the street. Unsurprisingly, by the time I got home, the package was gone. I reached out to customer service, and they told me the logistics team would contact me. It’s now been a week and a half, and I still haven’t heard back.

I followed up again today and received the same response: that the logistics team would reach out. To make matters worse, the representative was unfriendly and even seemed annoyed that I contacted them. They gave me vague, incomplete answers to my questions, and my money still hasn’t been refunded.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the unhelpful service and lack of accountability. HelloFresh has definitely lost a customer.

So far I've made pretty good meals with hellofresh. I dont even think it is that expensive if you're single and dont want to always eat the same and actually have nice meals. Sometimes I wish there was better rewards for longterm customers. Else than that I have also had positive contact with customer support and issues were solved pretty fast.

The recipes/food taste good and you get to try something different. Delivery is also great and punctual.
Unfortunately, the meat dishes are very small portions. There could be more. And it's annoying that all the dishes with scampi sell out immediately. You don't stand a chance.
The packaging waste is extreme, even if most of it is recyclable paper. Conclusion: Some dishes are worth the price, but they are always sold out. Generally too expensive. For gyros, I can also go to a kebab stand. Cheaper, less effort, and less waste. Worth trying once.

Good variety of recipes and good quality of ingredients. But too be honest it got a bit too expensive. When I first ordered the books a few years ago it was ways cheaper

The recipes are really great and the instructions are mostly easy to follow. We have had some instances where a few smaller ingredients were wrong or missing in the delivery. Other than that, it's really helpful to not have to go shopping and have the exact measurements of food.

I like a lot that the boxes make cooking more easy and fun. And you always have a delicious, and healthy dinner, without going to the supermarket and reading cooking books.
It is an easy, stressless and fast way of cooking after a day full of work.

The delivery of all HelloFresh meals were on time! never had any delays - information were send up front and the driver was always kind.

The meals take around 25 to 40 min. For me a great benefit in order to safe time in daily life.

It is also easy so choose our meals each week so you don't have to think about recipes you might want to cook.

All in all a great daily help to eat fresh with the minimum of waste.

They are very pushy on keep sending boxes even when I don’t want them. They ask to justify not wanting a box every single week.

Plus, there’s no setting for allergens. I have a deadly allergy to shrimp- I mean it, it’s not that I just don’t like them. It’s as bad as allergy gets - and this week I got a mail from them saying “sorry we can’t send the shrimps this week, we’ll send fish instead” and I was shocked.

Variety in the menus are great. Quantity as well as quality has gone down

I like that I don't have to think about recipes, that everything is already planned, easy to eat and comfortable.

Good for trying out new recipes but way too much packaging waste. I would like this sort of offering in a super market near by. And ... over the past few months, the portions have become smaller. A head of cauliflower the size of an apple for 2 people? Typically I buy additional vegetables to complete the meals.

The meals from HelloFresh are usually tasty and easy to prepare – that’s honestly the only reason I kept ordering.

But one of my deliveries was suddenly cancelled without any replacement or proper explanation. And of course, it happened in a week when I was really depending on that delivery.

Trying to contact customer service was a complete disaster. I was repeatedly addressed in an unprofessional way, even after I asked them to stop. My actual questions were ignored, and I only received meaningless standard replies.

I’m really disappointed. If I weren’t currently relying on their deliveries, I wouldn’t order from them again. For now, I’m done with HelloFresh.

I don’t have to go shopping and wonder what tho cook.

All in all we enjoy Hello Fresh concept, service and food quality. The choice of recipes is nice, may be not healthy enough.
The app is ok. We order 3 meals x 3 people and it's enough for the family of 2 adults and 2 kids to eat 3-5 times.
Cooking takes 30-45 min and is not complicated. The measurements are sometimes funny like 1,75 tablespoons of salt.
I find the packaging is not the best and most suitable for the products, like paper sachets with seasonings got soaked with water because they were together with something wet.
