Avoid HelloFresh
Avoid HelloFresh. My sign-up experience was a complete failure.
I signed up using my new address, yet they delivered my first order to my old house 80km away. So someone else got my box for free while I got nothing.
The response was exactly what you’d expect from a scripted call centre — refund offered, then a token $15, and when I pushed for the obvious fix (a replacement box), they agreed only if they removed my original sign-up offer.
So effectively: they make the mistake, I miss out entirely, and their “solution” is to claw back the very deal that got me to sign up.
That’s not just poor service, it’s a complete lack of accountability and basic common sense.
Cancelled immediately. Won’t be back

And as you can see the company did a stock standard response below of “we care” and “we will contact you”. But guess what, they never did!!!

Food items are always fresh takes the hassle out of thinking of what to have for dinner some of the flavouring sachets have additives so I try and avoid those. I’d love them to do an organic range.

Small let down
Its been great however my last box and ice bag popped the box arrived wet and damaged. The produce inside was fine except the sour cream and a cheesecake wad through everything.

Good selection of meals and good…
Good selection of meals and good variety of proteins. I like that each meal is in it's own bag. It's very convenient and makes putting away and tidying up easy all the rubbish goes straight back in the bag. It is a little pricey. But the ease of not having to think about what to cook outways the cost for us as we are both full time and have school aged children. If you can afford it I would definitely recommend.
