Loved the service! My order was reviewed and dispatched on the same day with next day delivery! They have rare brands like drovelis at cheaper price. Will use them again!

Ordered emergency contraceptive today (Friday) at 3:30pm, but unbeknownst to myself is after the same day cut off for dispatch.

By 4pm, someone at customer services very kindly rang and emailed me to make me aware that my pill wouldn’t turn up until Tuesday at this point. This was past the 5 day cut off that I needed and they very helpfully cancelled my order so I didn’t have to pay for a pill I wasn’t going to benefit from.

Super happy with how helpful customer services were and would definitely use HelloEve again if I ever found myself in another pickle!

I ordered with Hello eve as they said they typically dispatch within 24 hours. It took 8 day to dispatch my order, with no communication that things were taking longer than advertised. If I wanted to wait that long I could have made a doctors appointment and got contraceptives for free. Don't advertise what you can't deliver!

I ordered from Eve during the pandemic, I am a uni student who was stuck at home with my pills in my uni accommodation. My local pharmacy is not very contraceptive friendly so, when I ran out of pills I remembered an add I had for Eve. I went on the website and it seemed legit to me. I ordered three months supply, at a cheaper rate than Superdrug and boots with, in my opinion, higher efficiency. My prescription was looked at the next morning (I ordered the previous night) and it was despatched the same day. I received it the following day in normal packaging. It was the same brand I usually have, the box was sealed and the information slip inside.

I would defo recommend Eve if you need contraception fast and without hassle. Thank you Eve!
