Pros: These prenatal vitamins are effective. There was an increase in my Vitamin D levels, and I had a lot of new hair growth and less breakouts. I liked that the packaging was biodegradable so I didn't feel bad about having individual packets instead of big bottles. And the ability to separate the packets and throw just the one I needed in my purse was super helpful. There was no aftertaste, and the pills were reasonably sized.
Cons: It requires taking multiple pills a day, which can be an issue for some. The AM packet can also give some nausea as it's taken without food. The packaging could use some work as it seemed bigger than necessary and the perforations didn't tear and would need to be cut with scissors. Just some minor tweaks needed.
Overall, I would definitely use again and recommend them to others.

Prior to taking the supplements, I experienced a great deal of fatigue which normally peaked around 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Despite going to bed when my children did around 8 p.m., I felt exhausted throughout the day. After a couple of weeks of taking Ellement AM and PM supplements daily, I have notice a definite change wherein I haven't experienced these bouts of major fatigue or days where I literally fall asleep at my desk. Another change I noticed further on (roughly 3-4 weeks in), my skin improved.

Other than these health improvements, the convenience and portability of these packettes are a key component of Ellement supplements and how they fit well into my life. I have two little ones under 5 and it is like a three-ring-circus trying to get everyone fed, dressed, and out the door in the morning. I grab a supplement packette as I speed by the kitchen and take it when I arrive at work and have time to catch my breath.

I absolutely enjoyed trying the vitamins. I had no idea what to expect and feel as though it was such a great experience!! I honestly want to continue on with the vitamins!
I enjoyed receiving reminder emails and looked forward to them.

I really like this product. The best part I would have to say is taking it twice a day because you don't pack all the vitamins in one pill. When I had my first child I took one pill and I would be sick constantly. But when I took these I never got sick. I also have so much more energy. This product is great!

I have multiple autoimmune disorders and have taken a plethora of other brand supplements. This is one of the first times I’ve experienced noticeable results! I had less headaches, less fatigue and more energy. The capsules themselves were easy to take, and super convenient. I loved them and will most definitely look to continue taking them.
