Another appointment to finish off a crown — and once again, an excellent experience. Neel and his team are exceptional: friendly, attentive, and above all, truly professional. I feel well looked after and confident in the care I receive. Highly recommend. ClaireJ

Very unprofessional service. Went for an appointment today few minutes early which was for at 10.45am. They asked to fill a form and wait. Waited till 11.05am. the Dentist came and took the patient who came after me who had an appointment at 11.00am and asked me to wait, till he checks that patient.

Waited for further 10 mins and I was asked to wait for more till the dentist finishes with the other patient.
No reason or apologies were given by them for this changed priority. I couldn't wait further as I had further commitments. I had to leave wasting my whole journey to the practice and waiting time.
Utterly unprofessional service.Please refrain going there

I can’t thank Neel and his team enough for the amazing care and treatment I received whilst in their care. After a childhood accident, my teeth were a mess, and I have spent my entire life unable to smile. From the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted with a welcoming smile. I had my teeth straightened, and composite veneer’s. Neel was very patient, and made me feel completely at ease. I have spent all my adult life paying for private dental care, but can honestly say, I have never received treatment as good as this. The whole team are amazing, I cannot rate them high enough. I can finally smile, and it’s life changing. Thank you to Neel, and the whole team.

I have been using this practice for 12 years and would reccomend them highly.
The whole team go above and beyond to put you at ease especially if like me ( very nervous).

My last appointment was with hygienist Jodie. She always puts me at ease and points out anywhere I am falling down with cleaning my teeth which us invaluable to me as I am desperately trying to keep the teeth I have left. All the staff are friendly whilst remaining professional. I have recommended this practice to friends & have no hesitation incontinuing to do so.
