Customer support... if i have a problem with my account I dont want to have to wait 24 hours to maybe hear back from management! Ive been using this service for 4 yrs and when I need support Im told that my problem is not important enough to get quality/attentive customer support! Your support agent bark orders at people then disconnect chat sessions. When you tell them their suggestion isn't working they all they offer is try again. I'm really not sure what's changed over the last week or so but my account was fine last week and now I can't get it to connect to anything and all of my history is gone... 4yrs trashed 🗑 thanks for nothing Brigit!
