Im only giving two stars because the prints are cute.. otherwise the diapers are awful. My daughter has never had leaks with huggies before and we gave these a try just to see what theyre like... I regret it. The wipes are stiff and not very moist.

I immediately canceled my subscription because any type of store sells way better diapers for way cheaper.

Best diapers I have ever used! My daughter is highly allergic to almost every brand of diapers. Since day one we started in Pampers that the hospital gave us. We actually left the hospital with a terrible diaper rash. Finally figured out it was the diapers and tried these and honest company! I’ve always loved honest company and HelloBello brand are just the same quality for cheaper! My daughter pees a lot and pooped a lot and they held strong! She’s also a sleeper so at night and into the morning I’ve never had a leak! Love these diapers!

I’m so in love with these dippers!!! After years of using pampers with my first two kids I have thrown away them way and completely switch to these!!

I have 5 children. I wish these diapers were out when I had my other 4 children. My 5th baby looks so adorable in the little girl patterns. And they don’t leave any rashes. The diapers are soft and I just love them. Wish I had them for my other kids. Also the wipes are great and don’t have alcohol in them. Nice and soft too.

We got diapers as a baby shower gift. I have a newborn and everytime he pees I have to change his outfit. Going forward, I'm using these diapers for home only until we are through the pack.

I absolutely love HelloBello diapers and products for my daughter. My daughter is a year old & is in size 6 diapers. HelloBello is the only company that I have found with size 6 diapers that are not snug on my daughter and hold very well.
My daughter a couple weeks ago grew a allergic reaction to the diapers she was using. (Huggies) She was in their pull ups because she out grew their size 6 diapers. So after experiencing around with other diapers to find one that would fit correctly, hellobello is the only company that has size 6 diapers that are not tight & has kept my daughters rash away & their bath products don’t bother her skin as well. HIGHLY recommend for your child if they have sensitive skin.

We love hello bello and never had an issue until my daughter started sleeping through the night, her pee would leak through and be all over the sheet and when we sized up same thing. We also bought hello bello rash cream and it didn’t seem to do anything but make her butt even redder. Cute designs though.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I had always bought honest diapers and they were great. I went on a whim and bought hello bello and oh was it a mistake. They can not hold up to a blowout or make it through a nap. When my daughter wakes up she is soaked due to the poor diaper quality. With Honest diapers my little one only had two outfit changes a day and that was all by choice of having her in something cute during the day and pi's at night. Since we started using hello bello she goes through at least 5 or 6 outfit changes. They cost less than honest for a reason, because they are absolute garbage.

I got my first bundle delivered and 2 packs of the diapers were the wrong design. I thought that it would be easy to take care of but i was super disappointed with the customer service. They said to compensate the inconvenience they’d give me 15% off my next order but were wanting me to keep the mistake prints they sent. I was upset because they were boy prints and I didnt want them because I have a girl. She said that i could return them and then they’d refund me after it got to their warehouse. After talking with Monica for a while she finally said “As a one time courtesy” they’ll send me 2 packs of diapers. I would not recommend doing business with them. I do love the diapers though so much! Just not the customer service.

I Love The Feel and Design Of The Diapers! I just don’t like the front of the diapers it doesn’t expand from side to side. It is always leaking when my daughter poops!

I've had a Hello Bello subscription for most of my son's infancy, and I don't plan on quitting until he's potty trained. I love their diapers, and how much I save by subscribing.

This company is a joke. If there is problem they blame the fact they are unable to remedy it due to their “system” restrictions. When they have competition with companies like Honest they need to take lessons from them on customer service.

Love their product. Hate their website!

I absolutely love hello bello diapers and wipes. At first I bought a pack of diapers and wipes because they were on sale at Walmart. I opened the pack to feel how soft they were and omg loved them so I looked them up online and signed up for the subscription box. I got my box quickly and love the designs you can choose from especially the guitars because my hubby is a musician ❤️. I love how quick it shipped out to me I loved the packaging I love the diapers I love the wipes I love everything about hello bello. I look forward to tryin all hello bello products in the future.

My baby is NOT able to wear anything else other than Hello Bello. I was skeptical about how natural their products were until my baby stopped getting rashes. Unfortunately I ran out of the ones I had gotten from my baby shower and I did not want to waste the other diapers I have received. Now that I finished all the diapers from by shower I will definitely be subscribing to their diaper bundle!!!!

The recent improvement with the ability to select a prints quantity is significant in my opinion. I do think having a wetness indicator line on repeat sizes above a two would be helpful. I can tell without it, but I know both dad & grandpas have mentioned when they been left in charge, the lack of that line changing colors made it less obvious a diaper change is necessary. Other than that, my only other preference would be more product availability especially for the prints in the girls category would be appreciated. So often I’ve wanted to choose prints, such as Spring Blooms and Be Still My Heart in a size 3 or 4 and they seem to never be available when I have to modify my order. I’ve ordered the subscription now, for several months and am most pleased with the softness and lack of leaks we’ve had during this time, which are first and foremost in my opinion. Thanks for the quality of your product line in conjunction with creativity of prints!

Products are great, but they are lacking in customer service. It takes a week or more for orders to be shipped and customer service takes multiple days to respond to inquiries. It's 2020, Hellobello needs to catch up with the times. Prompt shipping and customer service are pretty standard these days.

We have been getting the subscription for over 3 months and love it! Wish the wipes you would get more per pack or maybe another pack, other than that love it.
