Paid £200 for set of taps . After couple weeks started to tarnish and start flaking. Contacted hello bathrooms and sent pictures. Was told not a fault but wear and tear . Appalling after sales and customer service. Would not recommend at all . quick enough to take money.

Great Service! Highly recommend.
Having been badly let down by another supplier we ordered a toilet for next day delivery. This company have excellent communication and are true to their word, the toilet arrived the next morning as we ordered it before 4pm the previous day.
Our bathroom fitter was very impressed and says he will order from Hello in future because of their excellent service.
It is good to know there are some companies out there that are efficient and provide good communication and customer service.

I ordered a shower bath late afternoon…
I ordered a shower bath late afternoon yesterday and it was delivered by 9.30 this morning – excellent service! I’ve never had bathroom items delivered this quickly before, really impressed. The item is exactly as described and fits where I need it to, it was pretty reasonably priced too. The member of the team who spoke with me about a question I had regarding the shower screen (which comes with the bath) was so helpful! I’ll be back if I have more bathroom renovations to do in future, thanks!
