What’s wrong with you
This isn’t the first site like this I’ve used — and I always received what I won. I don’t understand what the problem is with Hellcase — it’s not even like there’s a reason to scam over a cheap knife.
But how can I trust the platform if I’m not even able to receive a basic win? So basically I win an item that doesn’t exist?

I’ve been trying to withdraw my AK-47 | The Empress (Factory New) for over 15 days and still haven’t received anything.
Deposits work instantly, but withdrawals don’t, just constant excuses about “Steam issues.” After more than a week, that’s simply not believable anymore.
The system feels broken or designed to keep you stuck. Items are always “unavailable,” and you’re pushed to exchange for worse ones. Support only gives copy-paste replies and does nothing to actually help.
This experience is completely unacceptable and very suspicious. I will never use this site again and would not recommend it to anyone.
