Complete bait and switch by their sales…
Complete bait and switch by their sales team! I confirmed with one of the sales reps that I'd be making a certain amount of mobile per day with my setup, only to find out after install I can only get 10% of what was quoted with the exact setup we went over. I even made sure to verify with the rep that he was taking the latest policies into account and he confirmed it would be 100% accurate. Now guess what, no refunds!

It is unfortunate; the ROI does not meet with your claims. I make 0.0004 Helium a day; And weather you make 21,000 Moken or Mobile token doesn't really matter because they're worthless. I paid $ 3,000.00; "And I CAN'T MAKE A DOLLAR A DAY"

Fraudulent business practices…awful customer experience. Still hasn’t refunded my money
Helium Deploy must issue my refund back. This is an absolute disgrace and fraudulent practice of your company. Helium Deploy will give an account for the disgraceful way it has treated me. A first time customer for that. I made an order in January 2022. I was later informed that due to production issues in China and the Chinese New Year my purchase will not be delivered. I asked for my money back. And ever since I have been continuously chasing for this. I understand that issues may arise and companies may face difficulties sometimes to fulfill orders, however, it is inexplicable and inexcusable for my money not to be return. I consider this day light robbery. Fraud. Deception. And wickedness. Return my money and apologise for this awful and disgusting behaviour.

Ordered a Sensecap M1 from website
Ordered a Sensecap M1 from website. it was not clear what version this would be so I checked with customer services via chat that an 8Gb RAM unit would be shipped. They confirmed this stating an internal memo had been sent to their dispatch team.
Unit arrived and they shipped me a 2Gb unit despite paying maximum price. €560 for what is €50 of hardware at most. A 1000% increase !
Disgusting profiteering and ripping of your customers, plain and simple.
Will never use again, extreme greed at its worst!
