I've been Helios homeopathy customer for several years and they have always been fantastic. Very informative and polite whenever I need any advice and their shipping is fast too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's interested in homeopathic remedies.

Knowledgeable company with enormous range of remedies. Good customer service whether you know lots or nothing about homeopathy. Ive used them for over 20 years sometimes for advice on which remedy is suitable & other times just to restock my home supplies. So many emotionally traumatised or sick animals have been hrlped via Helios, as well as humans! I don't know how I'd have been able to properly help these animals without them. Homeopaths on phones definitely do vary in ability, especially in recent years. Overall I'm incredibly grateful to Helios - so a big thank you.

Helios advised a liquid remedy to be given daily with food.

I have to say I was sceptical. Whether it would work. Whether we could dose her regularly enough for it to be effective (she and her brother come and go).

It’s been nearly six weeks. Managed to feed her more than 25 doses in that time (holidays intervened).

Her coat has regenerated significantly. Her almost hairless tail now has its brush back. The weeping sores have almost vanished. She isn’t scratching anything like as much and her appetite has returned.

Something that actually works!

Ordered from Helios many times, good products and trustworthy. Slow to respond to emails though. Always been happy apart from once when I ordered over 6 items and then you have to wait absolutely ages for them to post! For that reason if I need to order in bulk I go to one of the other homeopathic pharmacies.

We have used Helios for years and have always found their staff and products to be excellent. Recently I purchased their trauma treatment for a neighbour who had been trampled by cows, leaving broken bones, tissue, tendon and ligament damage. They hadn’t used homeopathics before but are blown away by the difference they have made. Not just physically but also improved state of mind and happiness. Thank you.

Helpful friendly remedy advice and preventative measures with quick delivery. I have found the remedies work and cannot recommend them enough.

I've used Helios Homeopathy for many years. Their advice is always helpful. I prefer to take homeopathic remedies than medicines which often have side effects. I've always been very impressed with Helios for their quality products, helpful staff and speedy delivery. Also their soft tablets are safe for cats to take. My cat has really benefited from their homeopathic remedies.

The staff is extremely experienced and always ready to help. I have purchased from this shop many items through the years. Even thought the shop is quite small, they store many items. They make sure that each time I find everything I need. The pharmacy is well located so it is very easy and straight forward place to buy all my health supplements and homeopathy remedies.

Good pharmacy. I have purchased remedies from India in the past & it was a good experience. I hope they open their pharmacy in India too. Indian market is dominated by French-Indian partnerships like Sharda-Boiron & German companies like Schwabe, Reckeweg & Adel. Brits popularized Homeopathy in India but no British companies exist in India as far as I know, ya'll are missing out on good opportunities. Helios, please come to India.

I have received Miranda Castros Healing Cream for scars from their website expired by 1 and half year!!! Unbelievable!!!! I have just noticed it and using it for 1 year old baby. Simply a joke from their side! How they can keep expired medication in stock and send them to Customers!

Phoned for a remedy, was advised on remedies, ordered and paid. Phoned for second order following day, a Saturday. Orders arrived on the Monday, could have done with express! One wrong item sent, contacted Helios and they sent correct remedy. Invoice showed I was charged again for items in the order as well as replacement item! Card details kept by Helios without getting my consent first!

Remedies were standard, was very please with ointment as a good quality safe base is used! Very careless sending wrong remedy for a life threatening condition in my goat. Charging again for all items on the invoice as well as replacement was careless! Lacking confidence in the light of mistakes!
