Fantastic top quality watch in all ways, packaging and presentation is first class to match the watch and band, very happy and very impressed with HEIR Watches.

I love how you can change the length, it looks really nice. Customer service is very responsible, after a few months the date was out by a day and they responded to my email with instructions on how to fix it within like 10min! Super easy instructions too. Very happy.

Great customer service, super helpful. I had ordered the incorrect band for my watch and was contacted before shipment was made to let me know I may have purchased the wrong item.
This saved a lot of hassle with returns etc.

After receiving my order and opening the beautiful box that the watch was packaged in I knew it must have been love at first sight. Eager anticipation led to me holding the watch for the first time, so after picking it up and inspecting it I realised that quality craftsmanship really is quite possibly what this brand is all about. I plan to wear it on my hand often and so far have purchased three different chronographs from the collection. Awesome timepieces and interchangeable straps.....Thankyou!

Absolutely delighted to receive my new watch, it's stylish and just gorgeous!!!.. This is a small Australian company that packs a real "WOW" factor. Right from the start of your order it's confirmed, the communication continues to ensure delivery is on time and once you have item they are checking with you that your completely happy with purchase, and I certainly was.

My husband received one of these lovely watches for his birthday. the watch band was a little small so I contacted the company to arrange a replacement that I was happy to pay for. The founder of Heir watches emailed me to arrange a new watch band and refused payment. New watch band arrived today and looks stunning! I must say the customer service is incredible from this company. It is so refreshing in this day and age. I can't thank Sox and Heir enough. Congratulations!! 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cannot be happier with the quality and customer service Hair Watches provide. The watch was delivered in 2 days from ordering it! Than I changed my mind on the colour and the customer service I received from Sox was amazing, fast and reliable replies. the same day I returned the other watch they shipped out the new one and it came the same day. Once opening the watch quality was better than I expected, its heavy and the packaging was very lush. Beyond happy!

Gorgeous piece with a subtly elegant and no-fuss design. The construction feels solid and the straps are easily customisable. The style extends to the packaging as well, which was put together carefully with a personal touch. Super comfortable to handle and wear all day too. Definitely one of my favourites.
