Payed for next day delivery. Two days later, Airme delivery guy drove by me standing on the street trying to get him to notice me, and lied about not being able to deliver. Then it says that it’s dropped outside my door. Customer service unresponsive.

I bought 3 bottles of your product dmso, may of this year through Amazon. opened up a 2nd bottle of this dmso from your company the tube fell off the dropper...I screwed the cap back on, opened the 3rd bottle, same thing, NOW because time has expired for me to leave a feed back on amazon, I took pictures of these bottles, posting on facebook......this is a mess....

I ordered zeolite directly from the Heiltropfen website (not Amazon, not an affiliate), and paid in full. They then told me the order “didn’t go through” – yet the money was clearly deducted from my bank card.

I sent them screenshots proving payment, but they kept insisting they hadn’t received it. My bank has since completed an investigation and confirmed 100% that the payment went through to this company. My transaction history shows the same.

Since then I’ve followed up multiple times and have been completely ignored. No product. No refund. No accountability.

Based on my experience, this feels indistinguishable from being scammed – so think very carefully before handing over your card details on their site.

Fast delivery. Well packed. Seems to be good quality. I bought the Methylene blue solution because they show a lab certificate of purity which many other companies selling the same product don't bother.

I ordered the Lugol's Iodine 12%, Magnes1ium Chloride Hexahydrate and Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder. It arrived quickly considering that is was dispatched form the EU, and was well packaged.

I already know the Lugol's Iodine is precisely what I need, I've been using Heiltropfen 7% Lugol's for years with amazing results, especially when combined with Celtic Sea Salt.

At night, I take apple cider vinegar (with the Mother) along with a good D3 & K2 supplement and this has helped a little with sleep.

Four nights ago I started adding the Magnesium Bisglycinate to this routine and within an hour had gritty eyes and the unstoppable yawns. That night, and every night since, I've slept like I do it for a living.

Absolutely Godly sleep, and I feel rested and refreshed in the mornings. Thank you Heiltropfen, your Magnesium is a game changer and actually delivers.
