Bought two pair of earrings at Zalando

Bought two pair of earrings at Zalando from Heideman. Unfortunately I didn't get to wear them much as the earrings are very fragile and quite expensive for the quality. The quality is less than average. I can get better quality at a Chinese webshop.
This does concern Heideman who is now claiming I made a mistake concerning their webshop. I did not. I have proof.

The piece looks good unfortunately it…

The piece looks good (Armband Thiago) unfortunately it kept tearing appart. First one of the chains, then the other. I tried to repair it a couple of times but it did not last long until it just fell appart after just 2 months of use.
