It is simply impossible.
The only files that can be downloaded from heic.online are the results of converting the files you uploaded there. And these are just harmless *.jpg image files.
We also perform regular security checks of our server scripts and the resulting files using reliable third-party services such as VirusTotal.
The latest check was carried out today, and everything is fine.

Worked for the one image I used it for
I've tried it with just one image. The photo software applications I use on Windows don't handle HEIC. This site worked for me. I uploaded an HEIC file from an email attachment into the web page and it worked fine. Some people had a problem finding the download. You have to wait for the conversion to finish and then scroll up and down the web page to find the button for download
