I bought the 150 pack of Hefty cups. They leaked from cracks in the plastic. Picking up a cup of ice tea, I left a crack in the side of the cup. It's a good thing they make trash bags because these are garbage. NEVER buying again...

I bought a box of 40 tall kitchen bags. Used about 15 so far. About 90% of the straps have come loose when I tried to tie them. Some of them came loose when I grabbed them. I won't waste my money on any more hefty bags of any kind.

Hefty Storage Slider Gallon 30 bags, Value pack

Whoever packed or inspected these bags didn't know what they were doing. All the bags stuck together. I tried to pull one out and they all came out. What a mess. Won't buy this brand again.

I purchased a box of 6 storage solution bags. 2 medum,2large & 2 extra Large,only 4 bags would hold the vacuum seal the other 2 would not seal. I was carfull not to fill past the fill limet line. I used the special tool to zip the seal closed. I tried several times to seal,but after 10 minutes they were not holding the seal. The seal on the bag does not have a screw cap like mont bags. the extra large bag took on air reight from the valvue I sucked air out of .

I purchased the shrink-pak bag. The pump it came with did not work. No instructions. I did a lot of trial and error. Could not figure it out. So I have to do it manually. I bought the one with the pump so it would be easier. It is not. And it was pricey.

Horrible!!!@ Do not buy. I moved into tiny house 135 sq feet. Brought 2 jumbo and six xlarge bags from Walmart. These bags seemed perfect but THEY DO NOT STAY SEALED!!
Do not recomend at all.

Jumbo bags two times exchanged and still the valves leaked on every one of them and in trying to reach the company via the card left in the bags I'm being told that's not a valid email address and there are three of them to choose from which I used all three with the same response

I'm 62 and have been buying these storage bags since I moved out on my own at 18. The quality of these bags is now atrocious and unacceptable. They are so thin now. The slider mechanism either fails or falls off. The purple seal fails and splits open constantly. The bag itself tears as if it were tissue paper. These are not inexpensive. The failure rate is around 70% per 30-pack. I've lost so much food because of the product failure, and the mess in my kitchen when they fail is rage-inducing. I purchase a 30-pack every month, but I'm done with Hefty and their useless storage bags. Hefty has become the TEMU of storage bags (cheap, poorly made products.)

Bought these bags kept air out for little while andd them the air was back in their Mise welluse a garbage bage about $25 wasted

I should have read reviews before buying so many of these bags for my quilts and blankets. They shrink up and make everything much smaller for storage but the minute you turn the vacuum cleaner off you an hear it inflating again. There were no caps like on another brand to keep the seal so I’m not sure how they were supposed to seal properly. After a couple of hours they lost all of their vacuum and I had a big puffed up mess in my storage closet

I am not here to complain about the Hefty gallon zip bags. I just want to tell you that some bags don’t have zippers. I can still use them but your bag is so much easier that the other brand. This is to let you know about the problem..😊

So....first of all, the pump does NOTHING. Complete waste of time and plastic. Even when I sucked out air, took the pump off the bag, pushed the plunger, and resucked, it did nothing. I will never buy this again. That, and the clip which was supposed to help seal it came off and broke. So disappointed.

I always trusted Hefty bags and was very hopeful about these "new and improved" bags.
I bought 2 boxes of XL space saver bags. So far one has a leak.
There must be a quality issue with that one.

Bought the Hefty under bed type large storage bags for storing clothes and a summer comforter. I am impressed with the quality and durability of them! I will buy more!

Literally every bag I’ve used the handle snaps. It doesn’t matter how lightweight the trash inside is, as soon as I go to cinch it, “snap”. I didn’t realize until I used these bags that I always buy Glad. Now, that’s all I’ll buy.

I purchased these Hefty Trash Bags at my local Sam's Club and paid $18.98 plus tax = $20.55. These are the thinnest most fragile supposedly "Ultra Strong" "Heavy Duty 1.05MIL" bags I've ever purchased. Every-time I place leaves, grass clipping, paper trash etc. in them they rip and I have to place at least one more back, usually two over the ripped one, once I manage to pick up the contents. I'll NEVER purchase anymore of your products again! Please don't send me any coupons. If you want to rectify this purchase send me a check for $20.55 and we'll call it an experience. I've spent more than twice the time picking up leaves this spring because your bags burst before I could get them out of my Brute Trash Can or they burst when my Sanitation Collection Workers pick them up in front of my home and then I have to go clean up the mess made in the street of spilled leaves, grass clippings etc. Horrible product and not even close to the advertising and I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing your inferior garbage bag product. You've saved money manufacturing these with LESS material, but you'll lose in repeat customer purchases...one and DONE!

I brought a 150 count hefty everyday soak proof plates and every plate has shards of plastic on them. Who can I talk to about this?

I purchased the extra large sandwich bags, and every every single one tore underneath the lowest zipper so I had to use two at a time instead of one. Real disappointed in the poor quality. Only reason I didn’t return them is because I bought them a month ago.

I purchased the vacuum seal bags for clothing. These do not hold the vacuum. I attempted more than one time and they simply do not work. This is not the brand I usually purchase these kinds of storage bags from, but I trusted the Hefty name and I was in a hurry. I have used other brands before with much better results. I will not purchase these again. I am disappointed in the Hefty name.
