The good old Host1Plus. We started with H1P our hosting services back in 2011. Great memories and great company which grown into Heficed and advanced even more.

For 6 years i had a vps with Heficed, and they forced to change to a new VM with a new IP. Well this new IP was on some sorbs list, and although i have unlisted it, my vps is banned from azure all it's mail services, and it's imposible to unban it. So i had to hire an adittional IP (of course they didn't offered any kind of help or interest). So i have to say, it's a matter of time a fly from this company.

For a decade I've rented Host1plus hosting first and then VPS. I was pleased with the quality of their service, I was even able to communicate with the supporter in Russian. Last year, when we began to relate to Heficed, I was worried because there was a lot of new things - how will I navigate? In addition, the transition to a cloud server will be expensive, but how to transfer an old VPS?
My worries were in vain - I received such help from technical support that even with my little experience I was able to switch to the cloud server without any problems. I could even install an old operating system (Ubuntu 14.0) that wasn't on the server!
What worried me the most was that the price of a cloud server would be much more expensive, but luckily I was wrong!

Heficed is in locations where other suppliers aren't. They offer good services and useful, swift support. We bring our own ASN and IP-space and they support that. Recently they added support for BGP-communities, allowing us to even further optimize the BGP-anycast network we have deployed via them.

i had some problems deploying my "vm"
and i had to wait for HOURS like 10/12 hours after my payment to get it deployed the problem was the name i used for the server was allready in use but hell do i know that? no.. the live chat support/sales was closed soo i could not start when i wanted to thats a little bit anoying but they fixed it its allsoo anoying that the techsupport is not of live chat only via tickets but they are about to fix that soon for better support the people at the live chat support are nice and helpfull but saddly their options are limited soo they will refer you to the tickets of techsupport they are not the cheapest but they are willing to help with anything they at the live chat show genuen interrest in what your doing or tryin to do and that makes them nice to talk to and even like a personal friend thats nice thats why i did come to the conclusion of 3 stars cuz they are not rlly there yet buy they do there best and are improving! keep up the good work :)

I like refund policy for Kronos cloud as I test first before choosing an optimal server configuration that suits my needs. So that helps not to waste money before going all-in with the server.

I came up to Heficed through recommendation. This company is unique in the IP service management area and provide a strong presence in this field. I use multiple IP ranges through Heficed, and I am satisfied that they put a strong focus on abuse prevention.
I highly recommended them who look for a wide range of IPs and assigning them to your infrastructure. Totally worth it!
