They couldn’t be more helpful even though I’ve messed them around with all sorts of little jobs they have gone out their way to help me out absolutely brilliant company

I ordered prints on November 18th and despite paying in full I've not received them. I have called their customer service line multiple times and left a message. I have emailed twice and not had any reply. I am now without my prints and without my money. I will be going back to my credit card company to complain about the charge with no service. I understand it's a busy time of year but it's almost been one month and with no communication regarding my order I would not recommend using this company.

Absolutely useless service. Made an order for passport photos to be delivered over 9 days ago and still not received it. Rang up to enquire as to where my order is, to be told “don’t get shirty!” when I was upset as it was for identification for an interview. Very Rude and won’t use this place again.

Lovely size cushion and a great price

Designed and printed exactly what was wanted. Would certainly recommend and use their services again.

They print our 12 page Newsletter twice a year, involving A3 sheets folded & stapled into A4 format. Always on time, always correct, and boss so very good to deal with. We also get sundry smaller event programmes etc done here, for which they often, again, get special paper on request. A wonderful asset to the area, and perfectly located in Hedon’s lovely Market Place.

I have usedthe services of Hedon Green Print for over 10 years, they are consistent and provide a professional and compassionate services always.

We have had calenders, canvas prints, books leaflets, cards, business cards , gifts and all have been absolutely perfect.

Hedon Greenprint offers everything you could want in a printers and more. The sheer effort and commitment of the staff is second to none, and above all else, their dedication to their work is exemplary. Each time I have stepped in to the shop I have been welcomed with a polite and friendly face, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. The staff are always prepared to help, especially when you have no clue what you are doing yourself.
