lovely bushes in good condition, probably better specimens than I expected, while the driver didn't text us, that could have been a no signal where we live problem, he/she left the pallet with the plants nicely wrapped and safe. all in all a good experience.

I’m absolutely delighted with my experience ordering holly bushes from Hedging UK. From the very beginning, Russell, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He personally ensured that the delivery company arrived on time and that they used the correct carrier to wheel the entire pallet right to my door — something I really appreciated given the size and weight of the order.

The holly bushes themselves were beautiful, high-quality, healthy plants, exactly as described and even better than I expected. You can tell they take real pride in their stock and customer care.

I felt genuinely looked after throughout the whole process. Russell was thorough, communicative and extremely helpful from start to finish. I will definitely be purchasing more hedging from them again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hedging UK to others.

They agreed to deliver on Weds 12th Nov 2025. Didn't turn up, and didn't call to let us know. So after we called them asking how much longer were they going to be, had an excuse about a driver not turning up so they agreed the following morning Thursday 13th... but didn't turn up AGAIN!!!
I had to say I would cancel the £3,200.00 order of conifers if they didn't make it on Thursday afternoon..

Russell made a few phone calls and made it happen... but we were out as they couldn't give a time, and they were dumped on the small front driveway..... pallets and pallets of 6ft conifer trees blocking my Mother's access into the house with her stroller because the driver had no common sense to put them around the back or on the front lawn.
What IS the world coming to eh?
If they had delivered when they said they were delivering on both days... my contractors would have been there to move them!!
Spend a bit more on a delivery company that CARES Russell and is a lot more PROFESSIONAL, as sadly you will not receive any more business from me if you don't!!
Have tried calling numerous times to discuss... both lanline and mobile numbers keep going to voicemail.

Great company! Russell is exceptionally helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. He was able to locate and supply an out-of-stock product for us. Delivery was extremely fast, and the team was very supportive throughout.

I recently purchased some Grisilinia hedging from Hedging uk. The ordering was very efficient and easy. Russell was very conscientious about ensuring that the delivery address was correct and the plants arrived in excellent condition exactly when promised. I would highly recommend this company.

We could not recommend enough Hedging UK. We were searching for a Garden Privet hedge that could be delivered in time for our works. We contacted Hedging UK and Russell has been amazing helping us with advice, guidance and swift responses. He arranged a next day delivery and sent us the care instructions for our new hedge. The hedge arrived in perfect condition, as described, with plenty of soil and ready to be planted. We highly recommend it!

Placed my order with a request for soonest delivery for Golden Privet Instant Hedge troughs 1m length. Nothing was too much trouble for this company and the hedging arrived on the exact day promised on a pallette. The hedging was in excellent condition with good soil quality and were taller than anticipated which was to my benefit. I am a newbie to gardening and was late ordering my yew hedge. Called up during lockdown and first asked Russell how many 60-80cm trees were required per metre (my gardener said 2, the website said 3). Russell advised 2.5 and I duly bought 24 trees - which arrived promptly, well packaged and in great condition (100% healthy trees and no travel damage). 2.5 was certainly the right number. Delivery man was obliging (arrived midday and allowed me to unpack so he could take away the pallet). Russell gave some very helpful advice over the phone and provided typed planting notes with the trees as standard. Price was very competitive at a time when others were selling out or raising prices. 100% recommended.

This company is a real find.
We ordered 25 small yew trees for a hedge, and they were helpful, efficient and a very good price. They're not as sophisticated as some companies - you can order on-line but not pay, and you have to call for delivery costs and to do the transaction, but Russell couldn't have been more helpful. A phone call is a small price to pay for such excellent results - really healthy looking yews, exactly the size we ordered, delivered within a few days! Thoroughly recommend.

We recently purchased a mixed pallet of pyracantha and laurels and received them a couple of days later. Russell was great at dealing with our many questions and providing guidance, and the price is great value too. When the products arrived they had clearly been well packed and watered before despatch and looked really healthy. I would definitely recommend using! Thanks Russell.

I called Russell to check availability of the Griselinia, he sent me a photo of the current stock the next morning and the order was delivered on a pallet in perfect condition in 48 hours. All at a competitive price - you can't ask for more.
