First class all the way! Thomas, the driver contacted me the day before to confirm delivery of a large item. Delivery time was exact, and a more than helpful delivery made. Thank you very much!

I’ve been having bother with another courier trying to get a sofa delivery, Hebrides haulage was the third party courier. When I called and explained the situation, the lady on the phone was BEYOND helpful and kind. She promised to stay in touch as I was stressed out and that’s exactly what she did. A week later, my contact details were still on her desk and she called me to give another update that unfortunately wasn’t a good one but was absolutely no fault at all by hebrides haulage. she even offered to help deliver a sofa for me if I find one in Glasgow as I’m unable to transport myself. Super grateful for this lady and the above and beyond kindness. I will deliberately source Hebrides haulage for future purposes if needed for both personal and work needs. THANK YOU for all your help and humanity. It’s greatly appreciated

Having fixed a time with a 3 hour window to deliver an expensive item they did not show. They had no idea when they would deliver the item which was in fact in Glasgow some 5 hours drive away. Do not use this company.

I found the staff quick to respond to my request, and the service provided was prompt.

This company was delivering to my neighbours house. The driver reversed into my house sign at the road end which was only a year old, it got really destroyed and was beyond repair. The driver also acknowledged what had happened and was sorry about it. After a phone call and a few emails with photos to there company manager I’ve not had a response in 3 weeks. I thought they would had have the decency to take responsibility for the damage they caused to an old age pensioners sign.i would avoid using this company If that’s how they treat people.
