The sizing is not set up in an intuitive or consistent way. I talked to customer support who assured me I needed to order a smaller size than what I had originally wanted and when I did, it ended up being too small. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. Customer support is awful. They berate and blame you. They are not professional. The shirt does not fit me and I just want my money back at this point. Think twice before ordering from here.

I am old school. Wore the JC penney crew neck barrel sleeve 40 oz Polo white t-shirt every day in the 60"s. Found this Company a few years ago and I now have 4 drawers of their short and long sleeve t-shirts. I ship them to friends and relatives. They get addicted. The crew neck, barrel sleeve and heavy cotton, takes me back. Jay, Taylor and the lady's run a Best in Class company. Outstanding service. Strong recommendation. This is my 6th or 7th order from this World Class Company. I sent my son some long sleeve T shirts and now he is addicted. Outstanding quality shirts. Very fair pricing. Excellent service. You only find this type of company in America.
