I'm 56 years old with kids

I'm 56 years old with kids, and was drawn in by insoil promising returns. I invested $1,350 at first then added $3,800 after seeing strong performance. When I tried to withdraw $400, I was met with endless excuses and zero active support.

After more research, I found Bitci Stack Asset Platform and chose to invest $6,200 in their Gold plan. My takeaway: only deal with licensed brokers and don't stop seeking help if you've been scammed.

Good for me !

I started investing on this platform in july 2024 and up to now, I'm very satisfied.
Carefully read the statistics page and you will understand why I only invest in A+ and A agriculture loans (rarely B+) from Latvia and Lithuania.
Agriculture is a difficult domain, with unexpected bad events and irregular money flows, so repayment delays ARE expected. But up to now, I always got the interests and my money back... well, sometimes one or two months late but it's not a problem for me.

I’ve been investing with InSoil since…

I’ve been investing with InSoil since 2023, mostly in their so-called “green loans.” Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing — most of my returns come only from delayed interest payments, and out of a few hundred euros invested, I’ve earned barely around 2 euros.
A large part of my portfolio is in an unclear state, and it’s not transparent how (or if) the recoveries are being handled. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this platform — there are definitely more reliable places to invest your money.

Not trustworthy

The platform used to be called HeavyFinance. They deleted their original website and changed domains without informing the investors. Afterwards they claimed to have informed by email from the new domain name. This in itself is unacceptable.

Hi Cathy, thank you for your kind words! We’re glad you had a positive experience—though we noticed you gave just one star. Was there anything we could have done better? We’d love to hear your feedback! :)

just say no to this

This platform is bad in so manny ways. Bad customer support. Terrible interface. 2 step authentication send SMS after 5 min, and that is only form of 2 step authentication they have. Also no mobile app. Idea is great but realisation is just wrong. I am investing in P2P lending since 2015. Invested 100000€ into several P2P lending platforms, just tried this with some 1500€ and it is just bad experience from start. Investing time is cca 1 year I think. Revenue 10-12%, just ignore those high numbers they show about CO2 investments.

Slowly getting better

Initially I was excited to join a platform with such possibilities to invest in agro loans and revolutional green loans, but 1.5 y ago defaults started growing drastically.
However, these months default rate started decreasing and from 55 % 90+ default rate in November decreased to 40 % in January.
I had a chance to talk to HF representative who explained that agro sector faced challenges due to UA-RU war (increased fertilizer prices, together decreased production price). But they see 2025 a way better situation.

I renewed investing in this platform in 2025, believing they will recover more defaults and expecting to get back to normal 5-10 % default rate by 2026. We will see how it goes

Slow recovery

Extremely slow and bad recovery of the defaulted loans. More than a year of delays and they can't even start to sell the collateral.

Update:
Just stay away, the recovery process is utter and complete disaster. By the time they tried to collect the collateral (500+ days late) the debtor has already sold it. Hilarious company.

Loans risk level is not accurate.

Started to invest in 2021. I selected only short loans with low risk levels. Everything works perfectly and I had no defaulted loans.
In 2023 situation has been changed. Heavy Finance started to post many loans without collateral but with low risk. I invested in them looking at risk level.
That was a big mistake. Majority of those loans been delayed and I had to sell them on secondary market to avoid defaults.
Those loans are coming with Personal surety and in case of default is not clear how the borrower pay it.
Majority of them are from Bulgaria.
Heavy Finance should mark those loans with higher risk level not to confuse investors.
Now it's hard to find short term loan with collateral and low risk level.

GPM interest

They charge GPM interest (actually withholding tax) on each interest payment. But even by producing a tax document a posteriori which makes it possible to reduce this deduction at source, they refuse to return the overpayment and send us to the Lithuanian tax services. Thank you for their tremendous contribution which made me pay 50% in taxes too much.

Up to now is ok..

Up to now is ok... but I do not feel safe to increase my investment, just reinvest.
They should provide more info on valuations. I found the same harvester(collateral) at nearly double lower price. This makes the LTV from 70 up to 140%.
Also it is not ok to have more than 180 days late. On day 90 they have to either restruct the loan or sell the collateral.

Excellent platform

Excellent platform. Investing in agriculture is safe, and profitable and you feel like doing the right thing at the same time.
I have been investing here for two years already without an issue.
Customer support is excellent.
Highly recommended 🚜🐄🌱

None of my questions were ever answered

In the beginning I have asked them several questions regarding different projects and general questions about taxes etc. NONE of these questions were ever answered. Also the phone often remains unanswered.. Its totally disrespectfull to the invester and to me a big red flag. I am not investing anymore and have taken my money to Lendsecured.
