I thought that they were a legitimate and safe place to purchase vaping products that I couldn't find anywhere else until two purchases made me rethink that. I don't believe that these two instances and purchases from their website were just coincidences. On two separate occasions I purchased items from their website and both times after making the purchases I had fraudulent charges of on my card from some other place, "pet supermarket". Both times I had to report it to my bank, cancel my card and they had to issue me a new card. This definitely isn't a coincidence. I don't believe it could be anything else but shady business practices because the purchases were approximately six months apart and seemed to be an organized effort to defraud vulnerable consumers. Of course it could be a bad employee or some kind of virus or keylogger code, unknown to them, implanted in their checkout but I'd be very careful when shopping there and if you do then keep an eye out for unauthorized charges on your cards afterwards.

Made an order November 11th and as of today December 21st have received or heard nothing. Have made several inquiries and had no response. I’ve turned this over to Pay Pal. BEWARE

Their website fails to tell you they are shipping from China. Took almost a month for my order to get here. They refused to cancel my order, but at least they actually responded to my emails.

Worst service and customer service I’ve ever received! I made my order on 7/11/20 and didn’t receive my order until 7/31/20! I emailed twice about the status of my order and both responses were snooty and belittling! Do not waste your money and time with this company!

They sent me an order out on 6/22 I got it 7/7 their shipping list was in the box I order a silver 2ml child lock tank from Ijust they sent me a silver 3ml silver full kit I told them they sent the wrong thing so to make this short they had me send all the numbers off the kit box the tracking # then they said that's not there's I got it mixed up at my house with another
box because the tracking # doesn't match theirs
They will have you Jumping Through Hoops instead

I ordered a vape on June 13th and I waited 1 week for shipping. It said a package label was created, so I called the postal services and they said they didn’t have the package. I got upset and messaged heavengifts and they promptly wrote back and said the package was shipped out. Fast forward 3 days, I started getting notifications of a package on its way. June 24th received. My vape is beautiful! So thank you heaven gifts. I just wish I didn’t have that headache with the tracking.

I dont know how i landed on this website HG but i order SMOK Nord 2 Empty Pod 2ml/4.5ml and paid everything and it said 2-3 weeks to deleiver i waited for one month and contacted them again and they said it will take 60 working days? what the hell.. 60 working days is like 4 month to deleiver an item, if this was deleivered on a boat it will arrive earlier than this lol.

Do not order from this site if you want your item to be delievered on time as they claim.

good company, they have alot of produts, and generally it comes in quick time too. But they can be expensive so thats why they get a star marked down

Got my mod faster from Heaven's Gifts than from ordering locally! Will absolutely order from them again!

I was nervous to order from here because of the reviews. I was so happy I did. No one has joyetech aio vape available. It was a little high on the shipping but so worth it! I recieved exactly what I ordered brand new in the box! Came from Hong Kong and didnt take too long.

This place is a total f-in joke! Went to buy a pack of coils, but when I got to checkout, $30USD just for shipping. W T F? It's a tiny pack of coils. I've had fairly large heavy tools shipped cheaper than that. Coils may be fairly expensive where I live but at that cost I could still buy 3 packs & have them here in a day or two. Heaven Gifts can go to Hell!

I ordered 1 small piece, shipping was paid for. I’ve waited for 6 weeks and I finally get an email telling me that my order includes declared & non-declared products & they must be shipped separately.... it’s ONE small piece ! Now, they won’t ship it unless I pay $6, to get it in 60 days or $12 for 4-6 days. I told them to forget it, they aren’t shaking me down after I paid for the product, paid for shipping & waited 6 weeks !

Customer service is none existence. VERY rude with the replies I've had back and something that cost me £20 has now cost me a further £40!

Now the shop is only horrible, even they’re online chat staff doesn’t comprehend they’re own discount and pre sale system.
Some articles even can’t get bought the way the website shows, if you get them in an order you get an email that the chosen shipping method is not available for it and you have to pay additional XX$ for it.

And if something goes wrong it’s a lottery if you get someone who helps you to close the problem or if it is someone who try to give you all the costs and work.

THEY declare the shipping in a wrong way , not as written on they’re page , not as I want it, that’s why DHL can’t deliver the package to me instead it goes return to sender.
Never reached me.
Now HG first means I have to take care about and I have to pay 138$ for return to sender shipping cost (at they’re own shipping rules site they say that no additional costs come in this case). And of course they say that they cant refund it.

Beaware of this scammers and fraudsters, They also have a store on Aliexpress. They provide fake tracking numbers, items not shipped. When you open disputes, they demand you close it before they would issue refund. They sell pre order items as items in stock, so you wait and when you question them, they provide fake tracking numbers so you lose again.

I loved everything i have ordered from heaven gifts. all products in brand new quality as expected. Fast shipping time also. No complaints from me

Its junk poor quality junk and they do not respond to support requests and continue to SPAM YOU year after year despite asking them to remover your email.

Absolutely joke of a company. Use bonded warehouses and stock levels are a lie, partially ship items and refuse the remainder.

I have been a recurring user of Heaven Gifts, but the service has deteriorated too much. They always made mistakes and I always gave them the trust credit, but not anymore.
In addition to impoverishing purchase and shipping options for products, now they have no shame in recognizing that their responses to customer requirements have been wrong, that they gave wrong answers, but still so the one that has to amend their mistakes am I, their client.
That was what happened to me recently: when placing an order for several products, I advanced to its review, payment and shipping, but I could not complete the planned actions: the page answered that there are no shipping options to my country. I requested clarification from the customer support and I was strongly displeased by his response: illogical, incoherent and misleading.
I have several years of experience buying supplies for my e-Leaf on this platform. The consultant replies that they can no longer send the atomizer replacement coils TOGETHER with e-liquids. So now I have to pay TWO SHIPMENTS SEPARATELY: one for coils, and another one just for e-liquids. And to make matters worse, the customer service employee answers me with a smiley face emoticon. I replied that I am not going to do it and that is a fraudulent way from Heaven Gifts to increase the buyer's expenses and double their shipping costs for the merchandise purchased. Of course, I DID NOT PAY Heaven Gifts for two shipments; I simply did not buy their e-liquids again: I prefer to buy it from other suppliers that are less creative in scamming customers. A couple of days after, I received a new email from the same dope from Heaven Gifts customer support, but now with another emoticon: a sad face. On this occasion, he tells me "what a pity, I was wrong, the coils and e-liquid can be sent together to your country, so you can buy them again ..." It is clear that Heaven Gifts customer service believes me crazy or stupid, but I won't do more shopping there or ask for any assistance on this platform.
