I don't know how I've never heard of this site until recently. Super quick delivery (to Denmark) and the only place I can find the sauces I like in stock. Very large selection. Will be ordering again!

The sauces were packaged really well for shipping and arrived super fast! I've contacted customer support for a small issue with my order, they're very friendly and immediately resolved it.

The website is well construct, there is a good choice of sauces, delivery in very good conditions (in time and well packed), and the sauces are really good !

I ordered around 10 sauces during their Black Friday sale and they arrived to me within 3 days: nicely packaged and with a cool sticker. Of all the websites selling hot sauces in Europe they're probably the best. Their selection of sauces is not exhaustive (would have liked to buy some Hot Ones classics like Mad Dog 357 or Blair's Death Sauce, but they are not carrying them) but well curated. They're not just sauce merchants, they are genuine enthusiasts. Moreover the website looks professionally made and has a lot of info.

HeatSupply is such a great webshop where one can find a wide variety of hot sauces. Ranging from Cholula and Tabasco to specialty "Hot Ones" sauces, they know how to structure their stock and give detailed descriptions of ingredients and heat intensity (which is always spot on!). Even when one sauce goes out of stock, they are quick to bring it back into their supply.
The most surprising service though was their fast delivery! Of course I am close to the Netherlands (I live in Sweden), but they managed to send me my order within 2 working days, and their packaging was very meticulous and super safe for the bottles! Kuddos to that!
The only negative/constructive feedback I would give is that they could revise a way to lower the order limit to qualify for free delivery, at least in Europe. For Sweden, there is a 200€ limit (equivalent to 20 sauce bottles approximately), which is a bit too high, in my opinion.

So far so good, the first order was perfect. It shipped fast and everything was packaged really well.
Will order again :)

It was my first time ordering via the Heatsupply website. The process was smooth and the delivery came through in time and all well packed 👌🏼

First review on trustpilot but I had to leave a positive response. Heatsupply has an easy to use site, fair pricing and fast shipping. TBH I have never seen such a well secured package. Each bottle was individually wrapped and put into a larger box with "fragile" stickers. Great experience :)
