David and his team are amazing. We had a large water leak in the house, and Heat Street resolved the issue in a timely manner and completed the work to remedy the problem, which involved removing the water tanks and replaced with a Combi Boiler. The works were completed in an impressive speed and they completed the work in such a tidy manner. Heat Street are a fantastic and professional company. I’ve used this company for 5 years and they are always on time, helpfully remind in advance of a boiler service. They are such value for money. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good job done.

We've been using Heat Street's services for four years now, ever since we moved to this area. I am continuously impressed by the friendly and efficient service, they're all a real pleasure to deal with. Prices are extremely reasonable, they do an excellent job and we feel in very safe hands!

The - enormous and noisy - Potterton boiler in our house was written off by Baxi due to an inability to continue servicing the unit. We knew we wanted a Worcester Bosch replacement (10 year guarantee, and all that) so contacted the brand who then directed us to Heat Street. David popped round to give a quote, which we were very happy with. He returned at our earliest convenience with the help of two other technicians and did a stellar job removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They put sheets down throughout the house and tidied up so well after that you wouldn't have known they'd been there at all. We are thoroughly happy with the service from Heat Street and would highly recommend the business to others.

We booked a Survey/quote via Worcester Bosch online App and were contacted by Heat Street one of their Licensed Installers. We fixed an appointment a few days hence, and received a reminder text from the office the night before.
Dave turned up promptly and conducted a comprehensive assessment of our system, answering all our queries thoroughly, and outlining all our options.
Quote was received by email next day, and we decided to proceed.
The job entailed replacing our old boiler, hot water storage tank, and associated heating controls, as well ans changing radiator valves to thermostatic. The job also included adding two additional radiators and pressure flushing the system.

Dave and his team were absolutely brilliant - friendly, professional, tidy and efficient and hard working. They did a great job installing our new boiler and getting our radiators working at end of day one, so that we would have Heating that Night (when temperatures were due to drop to -4) despite giving themselves more work to repeat the drain down again next day.
Dave kept us informed at each stage and went through the New Controls at the end of the job, ensuring we were happy with everything before leaving

They installed an air conditioning unit for me. They took care of the house, finished on time and charged what was on the quote. They were polite throughout.

The boiler was serviced in a quick and efficient visit by two very polite young men. All was left clean and tidy and they also replaced a radiator thermostat at the same time. Great service, I would definitely recommend this company.

Initial phone call to Heat Street communicated all relevant factors I as a customer needed to know from that call . Engineers arrived on time and were courteous throughout their attendance and fully equipped to carry out the job in hand in addition they were tidy clean and efficient . Administrative paperwork submitted to us on completion of the job . Based on this experience with Heat Street I would certainly use them again .

The guy arrived on he days agreed at 8-30 nd werre straight in to replacing Eleven radiators and Sixteen RV valves. They were excelent, very quick and efficient with little disruption to the house.
After a week the system is working really well and my house is Toasty as they balanced the system, I now have heat in all the rads..

Our boiler broke down and we decided to replace it. Heat Street gave us a competitive quotation which we immediately accepted with a 2 week lead time for installation, Unfortunately the weather had turned with minus temperatures overnight and the house was freezing, David managed to move his workload around and bring forward the installation by a week, for which we were very grateful. David and his team were clean and tidy installing our new boiler and we would not hesitate to recommend Heat Street.

David and his team arrived on time on the agreed date. They were friendly and courteous and respectful of our home. They worked hard and completed the boiler replacement, new hot water tank and power flush of the system within the agreed timescale. Throughout the installation David kept us informed and explained the controls etc to us on completion. The team responds well to regular cups of tea
