Patrick designed, supplied, and commissioned our retrofit MVHR system. I installed the system myself, and, as I'd not tackled a ventilation project like this before, Patrick's ever-present support and advice were invaluable. Supply of the component parts was always rapid, and Patrick was very responsive to changes, such as when I realised that I needed additional ducting due to a last minute route change. Overall, the service was both professional and personal. It was a pleasure dealing with Patrick. The installation of an MVHR system was a great investment, and the quote provided by HSL was competitive. We are very happy with its performance and the environment it creates in our home.

Excellent support from Patrick throughout the design and my self install. He was excellent and very helpful.House is now cleaner with fresher air than before and we sleep much better and have now no dust allergies or hayfever symptoms when in the house.Co2 levels have also halved in the house.

Thank you Patrick for all your time and trouble to give advice on our MHR system which was installed in our new build eco house 6 years ago.
We never got the hang of it and although it gave us lovely fresh crisp air in the house - it seemed to cool the house down.
Your analysis of the figures I sent you showed that this was not the case and all was working well.
