I required my item by a certain date…
I required my item by a certain date yet HeatPumpAccessories had it on backorder. The customer service representative was extremely candid and responsive when it came to the situation, allowing me to make a decision to search it elsewhere. As it transpired, the item was received then shipped to me. It arrived 1 day before my drop dead date! Thank you HeatPumpAccesories!

Item deliverex as expected.
Item ordered on Good Friday, shipped the following Tuesday, delivered on Friday. I thought £10 for shipping a small light item was expensive but I received what I ordered within the stated timescale.
