Dreadful. Ordered on 29th July, just received half my order (26.08.20) Take your money straight away, don't reply to emails, don't answer their phones. I want to cancel the rest of my order but i have no idea how i'd even go about that!!! Absolute shambles! What a joke!

ORDERED 4 WEEKS AGO NOTHING RECEIVED, SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS, PHONE NUMBER TO CUSTOMER SERVICES JUST CUTS OUT EVENTUALLY, NO CONTACT - HAVE I BEEN SCAMMED??!

Ordered simple baking tins in JUNE No replies No goods No refund Now with CC refunds Are these glowing references real ?? Look at the photos!! DO NOT TOUCH

Just like seemingly several others; no communications, slow delivery, only some items sent, no response to emails. A month now and no communications at all. Awful.

Ordered two weeks ago still no sign of my order, yet to be dispatched. Tried ringing today and tried every option with no answer. Steer clear! This was left after the 3rd email to review my purchase.😡

And I am going to be honest and admit that your service and performance have been spotless! From the time I placed my order and receiving it, I had no problems or negative issues. The items were delivered as advised and in good condition.

Worlds worst.

Heaton's keep sending me e-mails asking for reviews, so I'm happy to repeat just how absolutely awful "shopping" with these no-hopers is. Not a problem to talk about the 6 weeks waiting for items supposed to be sent in 3 days, or about the complete lack of communication until I raised a case with PayPal (when I recieved refund within 2 days - they DO read mails from some people then). If their business practices are legal (?) then they are a long way from ethical

Avoid at all costs.

Ordering was straight forward, the range of products is comprehensive, the products received are top quality and as I required and expected. The delivery though was very slow and in fact one order got lost altogether, they may want to consider using a better more trustworthy delivery company.

I can only justify giving Heatons a maximum of 3 stars even though the products themselves are good quality and as stated on the website. The customer service is the worst I have seen yet and I understand there has been a global pandemic but if they cant handle the orders they shouldnt be accepting them and taking your money! My first order took 2 months to receive, I tried to find out where the goods were but every single phone line directs you to leaving a email yet know one ever replies!!! Then when I received the package, half of the goods were missing! Why let me place the order in the first place if you dont have the goods you are selling me! Will be going elsewhere in future.

So Heaton Catering keep sending mail shots to review them, have no idea why as I still have not received an order I placed on 28th June. They are impossible to contact, I spent two weeks e-mailing and phoning everyday on every extension to see if we could talk to someone. I have just got my money back as we did a visa dispute case through the bank. Apparently our order is now on the way after 2 months. We will be sending it back as I had to order the items from somewhere else. All businesses have had a hard time during the last few months but there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of customer service and communication received. I won't be using the company again even though their products look pretty good. They just put me under more anxiety and stress the necessary on top of everything else going on, I was convinced we had lost our money!!

Absolute thieves!! DO NOT USE!!! still awaiting a refund from early July!!! No response on emails or calls.

I ordered some stainless turners, 12 dinner plates and 12 smaller plates on the 20th June, assuming they would all arrive in a couple of days... I waited 12 days before the delivery arrived - but much to my dismay it only contained the turners.... no plates were anywhere to be seen. It was then another 2 weeks after that before i saw the first batch of plates - i got 12 dinner plates but only 6 of the smaller plates... As i write this review OVER 2 MONTHS since placing my order i have still not received the remaining 6 smaller plates. I have had no feedback or explanation or apology for the delay from Heaton Catering Equipment... If the items are out of stock with their supplier I am not expecting miracles to pluck it out of thin air but some communication would be fantastic....

This company went into liquidation in December 2020 - they went under owing me and many other customers goods !!!

My order arrived on time and goods were exactly as I expected. Especially loved the glasses. All packed well. Will order from them again.

They do exactly what they say they. Good delivery, unbeatable price and never had an issue.

Ordered Churchill teapots and cups, also on a separate order pizza plates etc. Everything turned up in a couple of days. I have read the reviews, which if read before I placed the order would have stopped me in my tracks. All that said; we got our goods to the value of several hundreds of pounds and quickly too.

If your thinking of purchasing from here don’t bother, my only saving grace was the fact I ordered through PayPal and they claimed my money back, waited 5 weeks for any kind of order processing, zero communication, not answering phones or replying to emails, so my advice is read reviews!! They were clearly trading online without anyone actually working.

ordered some glasses (marked as 'in stock') and 10 days later i am still waiting - no one answereing the phone, no answer to email query.
