FFanstistic customer service in Terminal 5, Car Park
On the 19th September 24 I needed assistance in terminal 5.
Mark, about 50-60 , white assisted me and he was absolutely the best customer service and he is an absolute credit to HAL- my entire family thanks him
Booked with Instant Meet & Greet had to…
Booked with Instant Meet & Greet had to wait 45min for a driver to pick up my car then i had to pay for the ticket £13.50 in the end he just told me leave the keys on the wheel and they never wanted to pay me back the ticket cost similar story happened on the way back please don't touch this company.
Heathrow = Extortion
I was charged £300 for just one week of parking at Heathrow Terminal 5, which is absolutely extortionate. When I questioned the pricing, I was told it’s due to "dynamic tariffing," similar to how flight prices fluctuate. This makes it almost impossible to know what you'll end up paying, as the prices seem to change constantly.
At this rate, I could have easily hired a taxi for both journeys and avoided the hassle of parking altogether. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and showed no understanding of my concerns, simply pointing me to the notice. It's frustrating that profit seems to be the main priority here. Considering Heathrow is the only airport I know of that charges a £5 drop-off fee, this pricing system just adds to the sense that they prioritize profit over customer care.
I would strongly recommend avoiding Heathrow parking if you can.
Quite unbelievable
Quite unbelievable - the driver clearly saw me running for the bus. He waited until I was one metre away and then closed the doors and drove off.
Booked parking with Falcon meet and…
Booked parking with Falcon meet and greet service giving all flight details and times. It took 3 try’s to get through to the mobile number and inform of my 30 minutes arrival time at the airport as instructed. On arrival I waited a further 20 minutes before anyone showed to take my car.
My flight arrived 30 minutes early. I called falcon I had arrived. The controller shouted down the phone to me basically blaming me for being ahead of the time stated and told me I’d have to wait 40 minutes. 10 minutes later I called him back as he was telling me to go to a different place as arranged with the guy who had collected my car. He later shouted down the phone to me again and I called him on it. I got my car back 50 minutes later. I found my dash cam vertically hanging off the front window and dismantled. It was evident that someone had tried to pull it from the window screen. It had the strongest gel support possible to hold it in place. Nextbase kindly supplied me with a new one on relaying what had happened to them. The experience was totally unpleasant and the customer support and care was non existent. Do not expect a good caring service of you or your car. Mine was returned with leaves and webs over it.
Disgraceful Service
Woke up at 2am to find that BA cancelled our flight at 01-25am 4 hours before departure. I had prepaid £270.00 to park at terminal 5. I attempted to call Heathrow Parking of course no answer. I emailed them. Then emailed again 2 days later. I didn’t receive a response to either. I called them when I eventually got back to the UK and they told me the email address supplied on their conformations was a no reply box. I didn’t get a bounce back on either. I had paid for 9 days parking. I offered to pay for 7 given the late cancellation but they insisted that because I was 25 mins under the 2 hour max cancellation there was nothing they would do for me.
Simply there to rob people. Had no interest in trying to assist me or understand the problem. Never use these guys, I won’t be in future.
Used HPR LHR T5
Used HPR LHR T5
The car was collected on time and returned within 10 minutes of calling.
What annoyed me most was 30+ miles on the clock and the camera disconnected. (WHY)
Absolutely ripoff
Absolutely ripoff, how are they allowed to charge 11 pound for 30 minutes!! Day light robbers, criminals! they only want their million pound bonus
Stil waiting form my FULL refund
I booked parking which was not cheap, our plans then changed so i can cancelled the booking which was fully refundable - i paid £139.00 and i have only been refunded £15.00.
I have been back and forth contacting the parking team as noone is giving me updates.
I had to send them my bank statements to prove that i had not had the full amount and still today i have had to chase as no money has come back to me and noone updates me.
I have once again been told it's with the finance team and I have to wait.
I will NEVER use again - i would stay clear if your plans may change
The worst possible customer service
The worst possible customer service, due to circumstances beyond our control, we needed to reschedule our trip, they refused to transfer our booking to another date, all the other companies we are using on our trip did so without question or quibble including British Airways, Hellenic Ferries, a car hire company in Greece and our hotel there, Heathrow Parking, not a chance and showed no interest in helping, absolutely terrible service, is it because they have a monopoly ??
Luggage not welcome
On our return journey from LHR to T5 Business Parking, the driver refused to handle our luggage. We were told we must load our own (heavy) luggage into the back of the van outside T5 and we were told we must get our cases out of the van when we arrived at the car park. The driver offered no assistance whatsoever.
Afterwards, we raised a formal complaint and have been informed that "our shuttle bus drivers are not required to assist with luggage, and any help they offer in this regard is purely discretionary. The driver was thus not incorrect in their refusal to assist you and your wife with your cases".
DO NOT PARK HERE!!!
DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!
The customer service is absolutely terrible! I had an emergency and had to fly back home,
I had an issue and made an honest mistake and I’ve still not heard back from them! They owe me £352! I was told I was going to get a refund by staff but I’ve emailed the management team numerous of times and I’ve not even heard back. Also the staff are really rude even when I was upset that I was charged the wrong amount for my ticket.
Absolutely disgusting and so heartless
Parked my car with T5 Meet and Greet
Parked my car with T5 Meet and Greet. Emailed them whilst away to say we will be returning to T2. They advised my car would be available at T2. Yes it was.
Here is the problem. Whoever moved my car decided to help themselves to the contents of my centre console which had a considerable amount of change and my fuel card.
Having complained they are hiding behind small print which says items should be locked away in the car. WHERE!!!!!! If the driver has the key he can open all compartments anyway.
Absolutely absured.
To make it worse when i complained to reception, they admitted they have recently had a spate of incidents!!!!
DON'T USE MEET AND GREET.
Park your car and keep the key for peace of mind.
Absolutely do not use this company!
Absolutely do not use this company!
They have been an absolute nightmare, I had my van brought back to me after my holiday with a big hole cut open on the back door, it has been broken into and the guy who dropped it back pretty much ran off & said phone the company to complain
6 of us on this trip had to drive home with the luggage on our lap as we couldn't open the back door on the van, let alone my kids standing in the carpark in tears seeing the horrific scenes of the van being brought back in the state it back, completely ruined our experience & holidays blues.
After getting someone out to get the door open to realise I had over £800 worth of tools missing.
I have sent them numerous emails to them showing videos & pictures trying to get updates they have not responded.
Please don't use this company read all the reviews they shouldn't actually be in buisness.
car vandalised and used during parking
Although collection and return were timely, there was evidence that car had been used: 50 miles worth of petrol reduced to showing empty on return.
SatNav wrenched from windscreen and placed in glove compartment. Parrot HandsFree communication wrenched from dashboard and dropped on the floor.
Do not use this company.
Heathrow parking scam attempts
I have dropped & collected people at the Heathrow T2/3 long term car park. You get a reasonable amount of charge free time but lately each time I leave, the machine demands £9.40 to let me out. I have called ‘assistance’ to open the barrier but I have to wonder how many people fall for this & pay up? It must be a fair number or the parking company would not keep doing it. Since I wrote this I have been picked up in a different car & exactly the same thing happened!
Beware
Whilst booking with this firm, I read these unfavourable reviews and stopped. Even though I hadn't gone to the payment page (thank goodness), they emailed me, then texted me, and even rang my mobile, all within 5 minutes! As I hadn't yet submitted anything, this is a red flag
What a dubious company.
Very helpful transfer bus driver
Kassim, the bus driver from Heathrow T2&3 Business Parking was very helpful on Sunday evening (25 February 2024) when I lost my backpack in the transfer bus. He carefully put it aside and when I came back I could find it.
Thank you so much, Kassim for being caring and honest!
Don’t park your car here!
Parked in long stay at Heathrow Terminal 5. The parking spaces were shockingly small. On returning to the car park after a wait of 20 minutes for the transfer bus (not the advertised 10-15) and a call to the bus company, I could not get into my car! Another car had parked so close (the spaces are that small) that I had to climb through the back door! This is absolutely ridiculous when paying £76 for two days. I’m lucky I was physically able to do this, but could have easily not been able to access my own car! I will never use Heathrow car parks again, it’s a rip of and dangerous for your own health and car. I’m sure so many have bumps and scratches because of the close parking.
