Excellent presentation and training materials. Heather Wade does an outstanding job of breaking down complex metrology and calibration topics into practical, easy-to-understand concepts. Her session on determining equipment accuracy for test methods was insightful, well organized, and immediately applicable to real-world calibration challenges. Heather was also incredibly responsive and generous in sharing additional reference materials after the conference.
