Package arrived in excellent condition, service was top. Extra Free remote control was top.

I thought we were having a good experience.
They were great to take a product back and exchange it for the one I needed but charged me after some of the products packaging opened in transit. I was blamed for this. I was accused of using the item and sending it back. I was charged for this. I was put into a situation i couldnt fix as they had the heater i desperately needed and of course i had already paid. I had packaged the unit back as to the way i received it. They sent me a replacement to which many of the products were scattered around the box to which I sent video evidence. Again packaging was opened. I have asked for the manager as the person I'm dealing with in this case seems to be very invested and aggressive through the emails but I'm been told I'm not going to speak to anyone else. It wouldnt surprise me if they sent this unit back to their supplier as a returned product of damaged upon arrival. Same thing that happened to me.
This is an ongoing matter and I would highly recommend, I would actually request all not to have dealings with this company.
Avoid and go with some other reliable company that will not look to scam you.
